Great value

The price was very good. It was very quiet.

The room smelt musky. The floor could of used a good mopping. The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. The bed was somewhat hard.

This place was very dirty. The staff was rude. They had a huge pest issue with roaches and bedbugs. I honestly have never seen a hotel so dirty and it smells funky. Everything was old n falling over.

Property is dated but clean. Location is good.

Check-in staff was rude, beds are hard, we were on the second floor and it took a long time (shower running for 15 minutes) for hot water to get to us

Location was good. Staff was nice. Cheap price for the location and it was in a good spot to drive around to.

On the final day of being there, rats ate my car in the parking lot. Like literally, a rat went into my engine bay and ate my wiring harness, leaving us without a car. Although that is not the hotels fault, it still made me sad that rats ate my car.

Great location, we'd stay again.

The staff was very kind, even with our late check-in. Our room was clean and had good wifi and cable. They offer a small breakfast. Our bed was extra squeeky but otherwise comfortable with comfy pillows and blankets. The room also had a small refrigerator and microwave and a wall heating and cooling unit. The location is great, right off the main strip in Pigeon Forge! We could see the Titanic Museum, Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Theater, Wonderworks Museum and the Hardrock Cafe from our room!

The steep driveway was hard on my small car. The bathroom sink was old, cracked, and stained, but still clean. We found a used soap bar up high on top of the shower edge (I'm sure the maid couldn't see it that high), but kinda gross.

I found a bug in the bed on the morning of our departure which I reported to the front desk. The lady at the desk said the room would be inspected, treated if needed and a report given to booking.com, as I made payment online when reserving that room.

Staff Very Professional, Bed Very comforable, Location is Fantastic,

There is no coffee pot in the room. No problem though because I won't use it anyway. Just place hot cups that I can microwave water for instant coffee. When I first wake up I need a cup of strong coffee. There is coffee in lobby but very weak.

Very satisfied

For the price we paid it can't be beat!!!! Rooms were extremely clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Cold cereal,pastries,coffee,juice etc. Pool was clean and warm!!! It even has a kiddie pool!! Staff was very nice. Location was within decent travel time to get to the main attractions.

I did not stay there. First room they gave me had bed bugs. Second room they offered had bed bugs and the mattress and bedding was filthy. They have yet to refund me. The “pool” is tiny.

this is a great place to stay, very affordable and close to major attractions. and I was surprised to find out that: at this low price, they still provided breakfast.

Dollywood Flower and Food Festival opening day visit.

Smoky View Inn is under new management. They have changed their Continental breakfast to more of a Grab n Go breakfast. No more waffles. They will probably be adding yogurt and fresh fruit. I booked a King room but they only had one on the 2nd floor. I requested a 1st floor room so they gave me a dbl queen room for the same price. Easy to get in and out by way of the red-light right there. The mattress is sooo comfortable. Theyin the process of updating all rooms with new furnishings.

Cleanliness of the room. TV screen not wiped off. Something was spilled on the wall beside the TV and not wiped off. Found chip crumbs between the comforter and the top sheet. The room smells clean though.

DO NOT GO HERE!

Rooms were disgusting and I found roaches in there and immediately left, leaving a pair of slippers behind because bugs WILL NOT come home with me! Definitely will never return or recommend. Had to find another hotel at 10 or 10:30 at night. Not happy at all. Not to mention a refund takes "7 to 10 business days".

Skyview Inn Pugeon Forge, TN

Vinyl flooring in bed area and tile at sink and bathroom area. Very clean refrigerator and microwave. Built in nightlight with the hairdryer. Comfortable king size mattress. All rooms are non-smoking.

Smoking allowed anywhere on property outside of rooms. I am a non-smoker with Asthma and people stood and/or sat on sidewalk outside their room to smoke. The cigarette smoke and Marijuana smoke came in under my door. I had to wear a face mask inside my room. A designated Smoking area should be established near the office.

Terrible experience

Jacuzzi tub was good. The location was in a good spot.

We booked three rooms. Two of the rooms had nasty bathrooms that we had to clean ourselves. The first night we stayed in the king room we had no heat. They had to bring a new unit the next day as they had no maintenance on staff 24/7. We were given the option to change rooms to a double queen, but it would have been a downgrade with no Jacuzzi rub. Our covers had burn holes all in them and they were very thin. It's a good thing we brought pillows from home as the pillows on the king bed were two small ones that were hard as a rock. The bed was creaky, made loud noises and the mattress was uneven. The shower curtain was broken. The TVs kept pixelating and cutting out. No money was refunded for sleeping with no heat. I don't recommend staying here.

Uncomfortable and disappointing

It was a convenient location in Pigeon Forge

We had some issues with the room, the comforter and sheets had stains on them and the sheets didn’t fit, they popped off all night so I had to keep getting up to put them back on the mattress for a minute. The sheet/mattress pad underneath was really dirty so I just did not enjoy sleeping on the bed. Also the pillows were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable

The room was Absolutely dirty!! sheets were dirty with someone else’s hair. pulled the spread down to check the sheets and found hair on sheets with a lot of stains! hair in bathtub so we just didn’t use the shower since we were only there two nights!

Disappointing

The maintenance man was prompt and very courteous. The owner when she arrived the following morning was prompt in calling maintenance man to fix several issues.

The room was dirty! Including floor, microwave, and tub. The coffee pot had a leftover coffee filter pack that was dried up and still in the coffee maker. The carafe hadn't even been rinsed out. The bathroom sink was stopped up and wouldn't drain until the maintenance man came and fixed it.
