The room smelt like pot and the fridge was dirty. I ask when I made reservations if they could get my room ready by putting rose peddles on the bed and roses in a vase with a note they told me they would in my email when we got there it wasn’t done so very disappointing with that .

A decent budget hotel for the price that needs some TLC but is in a good location

It was a good price for the location and allowed us to save money while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. It was a short drive to Dollywood which meant we could be there right at opening time and stay until close without driving too far. There were many attractions and food options nearby. The room had a microwave and mini fridge.

It was outdated and needed some TLC. The shower was missing a bar and the seal on the tub seemed to be chipping. The laminent/paint on the sink was missing large chunks. The dresser/stand the TV was on was broken. The TV had issues and only worked for a few hours the very last night of our stay. "Breakfast" was included but consisted of things like granola bars and very few other options and no hot food but waffles. The blankets had holes. The traffic along the main road the hotel was located on was always busy and it was hard to pull out and get back into the hotel.

The location was good the room was fairly clean parking was easy

The breakfast was terrible the waffle mix wasn't mixed so you couldn't make waffles other than that you had like 3 options to eat ( cereal oatmeal and 3 bread products). When we got there our shower was broken but they did fix it quick. The beds are extra hard.

Staff. They had to redo the reservation after bookings charged my credit card 180 they made me pay an additional 240 - decided to leave a day early and still have not received my refund for 1 night. Hopefully that will happen.

The location was the only good thing about the hotel.

Well for starters you need employees that actually know how to do their job correctly. We were told that our room was 309. We get to our room get all of our stuff in. Relaxed for a little while. Went to leave to go to dinner and there is a couple outside of our room stating that they are supposed to be in room 309. They checked the key card and it opened the door. I went to find out why and how an error like this could occur. I did not feel safe at all and got very little sleep due to being worried that someone was going to come in on us. The clerk that was working at this time could only tell me that the clerk that made the mistake was new. Well I’m sorry that is no excuse. With an error like this someone could have got shot, stabbed, or beat up with the way people are. The breakfast sucked. The muffins were stall and didn’t even try the waffles because they were sticking.

The location was good. It was close to everything.

1. We checked in at midnight and was able to give the deposit but when it was time for us to leave they said we couldn’t get deposit back until 9:30 because they had to wait on a manager. And we was ready to hit the road and go home. 2. The breakfast was not fresh and they serve the same thing everyday. Will not be staying here again horrible experience and horriable customer service.

Clean , friendly staff , good location, comfortable bed. This is our second year staying here and its kept things up instead of going down like some of the others we have stayed at.

The location is always great as well as the front desk staff. The beds are very comfortable and the hvac worked great.

We had 2 rooms booked. One of the rooms was fine. The other room (112) my son in law was eaten alive from bed bugs. We didn't see any evidence the first day, besides the bites, but the second night they were able to get video and photo evidence. They went to the front desk and the very nice young lady took photos of his bites and moved him to another room. We left word for the manager to contact us when we checked out because he wasn't there at the time. It's been weeks now and we still haven't received a call, apology, nothing! All we received was an exterminator report showing there as no evidence. As if the bites, photos, and videos we took meant nothing. I'm very disappointed and plan to warn everyone about this issue.

Breakfast was good plenty of options compared to other hotels decent parking elevator to your floor was decent. It was nice to have a concierge buggy

The floors and room were super nasty have not been mopped my children’s feet and socks and legs were black from how dirty the floor was. The sink broke while there the first night was leaking the TV you had to change settings on the input to have it come on every time The front desk lady was very rude behind the TV stand was filthy with trash and pieces of candy behind. It hasn’t been cleaned behind in a long time. This hotel did not definitely meet our expectations.

Pulled a tissue from the box and a cockroach came with it, found another on the wall and another on the nightstand. That was 3 I didn’t need to see. The place was not very clean and needs lots of TLC. Much of the furniture is well past its use by date. Not a place I would recommend.
