Very professional nice looking room. And on first floor. Nice clean bed linen. Professional checking and checkout. Courteous and polite. Nice hot shower. Great breakfast. Granddaughter loved the pool.
Wasn't detail cleaning on floor, should have been vacuumed between bed and table. Small pieces of food on carpet. Bathroom small

Our whole trip was to see the Titanic museum. This was very close by, which is why I chose it.
The rooms could have been cleaner. The bedspreads were filthy, which made me wonder about everything else.

Great location for walking distance to shops and restaurants
Asked for room service every 3 days while we were there. We stayed from the 13th to 25th. We got room service on the 16th which was great. Next time was scheduled for the 19th never showed. Came on the 20th ok I give them that since it fell on a Sunday so I expected the 23rd never showed till 24th. All in all bed was made and we had clean towels. Never vacuumed, never changed the sheets, never swept or cleaned the bathroom. I will not stay there again
