The staff was amazing and went out of there way and was wonderful with the over active 2 year old and never said a word to us and understood that they were kids , my brother forgot his bag and they were very nice to send it back , just great pepps.. great breakfast and beds were great ,

It was very nice and conveniently located to everything. Breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly, when you could find them.
The hallways were hot and the unit in our room did not stay consistent with the thermostat temp. There were several times no one was at the front desk for long periods of times. Our card stopped working and even the cleaning lady could not find an office worker and she had to use her master card to let us in our room. Seems there were a lot of smoke breaks during these times.
