It was close to all of the venues

I paid extra for the fireplace and it didn’t work. One side of the building has nice rocking chairs overlooking the river. The other side is a parking lot and you have plastic chairs. Japanese beetles were found in the room.

Sumptuous

I liked the swimming pool the best, all days kids can spend time there. The property has nice area and also the rooms are pretty decent. Overall its comfortable and satisfying.

I think simple is best if you improvise what I would suggest you may degrade the other side of it. So leave it as it is :)

The Inn was full of antique furniture and paintings.

One of the two elevators was down for our entire stay. Breakfast was the same every day. Breakfast was average at best with no fruit or individual cups of yogurt.

I absolutely love this hotel!!! We always try to stay here when the rates are down.. inside and outside pool are wonderful the inside pool is always so warm and the hot tub is the so nice… The breakfast is good I can say better than most .. beds are comfy and pillows are so nice

It is a beautiful place, the beds were comfortable and it had a nice breakfast every morning. It’s located right in the heart of all the excitement as well. We loved the beautiful deck with rocking chairs and a view of the river.

Most staff friemdly at front desk minus 1 female who didnt seem friendly. Rooms huge, pool view awesome Prefer Inn over Hotel

Pillows in rooms horrible; ac unit wasnt cooling so had it replaced after 3rd day when it making alot of noise. Replaced ac was put on auto but it never shut off unless u turned it off No hot tub, had to go to the inn to use theres No arcade area due to being remodeled i guess Door to balcony got stuck so didnt bothering bolt locking it, we just used chain Hotel is older bldg so no usb plugs. I couldnt use my larger plugs in wall because it would fall out of it. Wall outlets sucked and couldnt get both plugs to work. Light at table wouldnt work at first but got maint to replace missing light bulb Wish I had checked out hotel 1 yr prior when I stayed at the Inn so I would have known all this before. Hotel has 7 floors , however I prefer Inn over Hotel

If you have children the pool area looks great. Breakfast is decent with hot and cold selec

Extremely loud noise all night long. Doors banging, loud talking over and over from 1 am to 3:30 am. I asked to be moved the following day for the duration of our stay and after 2 hours of back and forth to get approvals it was finally approved but I’d have to pay $80 for cleaning fees for the old and the new room. I decided it was ridiculous I’d have to pay to clean both rooms. I didn’t move and thankfully the next 2 nights had less noise.

Great all around.

The pools were delightful after a day at Dollywood. The breakfast staff were hardworking and really conscientious. The food was good. Loved those biscuits and coffee! Super close to Dollywood and other attractions. Comfy pillows. Nice bathroom with double sink. Beautiful decorated lobby and halls. Maintenance crew on site shows they care about upkeep.
