Great couples escape!!!

The resort was very nice. We were upgraded to a suite to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed our view from the 7th floor.

The only comment we can say is the breakfast could have been better. It just seemed to lack is all.

Choose the hotel, avoid the Inn

location, breakfast, beds were comfortable and clean

Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were a lot of fun for kids .

The only complaint is that the hot water in shower was Luke warm , wish the water was actually hot . Other wise everything was great . Would stay there again .

The staff were very nice and helpful.

The cleaning staff did not replace the towels with the same amount they took out of the room. Had to request more towels. Also two of our 4 day stay they did not clean the room as requested (towel exchange).

Fabulous stay

The property is beautiful. We always stay here due to the location and the amenities. The rooms are larger than other places, and some rooms even have fireplaces. They also offer a delicious breakfast.

It was close to all of the venues

I paid extra for the fireplace and it didn’t work. One side of the building has nice rocking chairs overlooking the river. The other side is a parking lot and you have plastic chairs. Japanese beetles were found in the room.

I liked the swimming pool the best, all days kids can spend time there. The property has nice area and also the rooms are pretty decent. Overall its comfortable and satisfying.

I think simple is best if you improvise what I would suggest you may degrade the other side of it. So leave it as it is :)

Could use updates, slow elevator, staff was not very friendly. It was our 25th anniversary and we woke up to a baby crying that sounded like it was right in our room since it was in the adjacent room connected to our room by a door. Felt it was a bit expensive for what it was

The Inn was full of antique furniture and paintings.

One of the two elevators was down for our entire stay. Breakfast was the same every day. Breakfast was average at best with no fruit or individual cups of yogurt.
