One and done kinda place.

Close to the Island.

Very noisy. Lighting was horrible , very little hot water and the outlet kept kicking every minute or so! And the breakfast was never stocked.

It was 2 separate buildings with road between them. Too far apart to enjoy the amenities they provided, indoor pool in one building and breakfast in the other. Depending on what building your room is in, you would have to cross road to enjoy amenities in other building.

Our room was right beside the swimming pool and elevator. There was atleast one church youth group there who allowed their kids to gather right outside of our room until after 1:00 am.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a great variety of choices. Our Interactions with the staff found them to be very helpful and friendly. Location was accessible to many places of entertainment. We would recommend this Quality Inn without hesitation.

Great place

The room was super clean! The bedding looked and smelled good. Everything was as advertised! Exceptional service at check in. Room was cleaned while we were out. Breakfast was as expected! Noylt restaurant quality, but good enough to eat and be thankful to have!! Indoor pool is open 24 hours a day.

Hot tub in pool area had jets coming from bottom only, very weird. Breakfast served in another building. Wasn't bad for us, but could be bad in inclement weather. I would stay again.

Fantastic

Everything was convenient and I cannot say enough about how wonderful ALL the staff was. The breakfast was great and it's something different everyday,at least during our staff. We travel to gatlinberg and pigeon forge about 3 times a year and we will stay here when we stay in pigeon forge

Our stay at Quality Inn was great. Clean room and great location.

The breakfast was delicious with pretty much any thing that you would want. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, muffins, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, orange and apple juice. The breakfast is one of the reasons why we stayed here.

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I had a problem with the TV and they sent someone right up to take care of it. The breakfast is always good too.

The breakfast was great, I loved the convenience of the location. We could walk to where we wanted to go. 24/7 coffee that I got multiple cups of! 😆 everything is great for us. Rooms were clean!

The only issues we had was the beds were super hard. I did read a feedback that they just put in new mattresses but they were very hard. We had a hard time sleeping, and the room smelled musty. We sprayed air fresheners, but it still smelled like it. Overall we had a great stay besides those 2 things.

Close to Dollywood and The Island, which is why we were in town. The room was very clean, smelled nice, had very nice/soft pillows, comfortable beds, new/clean carpet, very large tv, both pools were nice and clean, the jump pad was a nice bonus that the kids really enjoyed, they offered a decent hot breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There are no bathrooms available at the indoor pool and the pool towels are extremely thin. There aren’t many tv channels to choose from, especially for children. More kids friendly/cartoon/family channels would be wonderful.

Highly recommend

Breakfast was awesome, with plenty of parking, close to all events. Staff was very knowledgeable of places and gave excellent direction to location for a customer on the phone trying to find hotel. Jacuzzi saved my back from the drive to stay.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.

So clean and nicely appointed. The pools were amazing and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was just as good, if not better, than some of the Hiltons we’ve stayed at.

My only issue was the toilet in the room. It didn’t have a toilet lid. It had a very “public” toilet vibe and I was constantly worried my things were going to fall into the toilet. Please get new toilets with lids.

Wonderful stay

Great breakfast, wonderful outdoor pool and hot tub. The location is great - walking distance to Publix and Kroger, the Island and many other attractions and restaurants. Rooms very clean and spacious.

The only complaint (very minor) is that the bathroom tissue holder is level with toilet and in very small area you are sitting on it. (I am an average size adult). The bathroom would also benefit from an exhaust fan. That being said, the water pressure and shower is phenomenal. Also - I could not get any internet service on my phone even while connected to the hotel wifi. This was the case for both people in my party, but could have been a problem throughout the area.

The room was super clean and the hotel was in a great location.

Our only complaint is that the television kept losing a signal and the bed was a little uncomfortable, but overall it was a really nice stay.

Nice location and staff, guests weren’t the best

The location was great, everything was within walking distance.

I didn’t like that even though the rooms and elevators said no smoking that’s all you could smell. I also saw another guest smoking on the elevator! Indoor pool was small and crowed full of people drinking and being all over each other.
