Convenient, friendly staff and lovely hotel
The bathroom design was awkward- shower stall was wet room style but bathroom too small for everything not to be wet.

Friendly, convenient and very clean. Our second stay here. A short walk into the centre. Quiet location next to tram stop.

Great location
The light coming on when you opened the door. This in itself was okay but as the room was glass walls it made the whole bedroom light and disturbed the whole bedroom

The staff was wonderful.
The bed was ridiculously small in what was a rather large room. Also, my refrigerator did not work and when reported no one came to fix it. I would not stay here again, as the quality is not at all commensurate with the price.
