The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the room is spacious and clean. Quite area, easy parking
no shower curtain, but one can adapt

The staff and service at the hotel was very good. Check-in process was efficient. Rooms are spacious, and bed was very comfortable. Parking at the hotel was a good suprise.
Nothing that made my experience bad, nevertheless still sharing here: the only thing that we didn't appreciate was the fact that we ordered a croque monsieur at the hotel and what was served was a very simple ham and cheese grilled sandwich, and we paid 7 euros for that. I would suggest to change names since that was for sure not a croque monsieur.

Very clean, good facilities, comfortable, good location and friendly staff.
Overall it was good but the wifi was not great, ended up using phone data which was faster.

A beautiful modern hotel within fifteen minutes walking distance of Gent city centre. Hotel also has a tram stop right outside making Gent St Pieters train station and the city centre very accessible and easy to reach. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. My partner has mobility issues and this hotel is spacious and perfectly designed to meet her needs, rooms were spacious with a fantastic bathroom containing a walk in shower which was ideal for anyone with mobility issues. A great stay in a beautiful vibrant yet friendly city!
Buffet breakfast choice (continental) was fairly limited and a little expensive at €18 per person.

Location very good,20mins walk to centre, very good breakfast
Coffee machine

Good in all respects, except value for money.
The price. At that price of over €200, per person, per night; it should have included breakfast (which is entirely buffet style) and parking. We are used to a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Perhaps a good thing for European 3 stars to consider and include .

It was clean.
It gives the impression that it is a hospital and not a hotel. The toilets are too high. I have never seen such toilets in any other hotels, apart from hospitals. For someone with certain mobility issues, it is far away from the city center.

Very generous room. Quiet, roomy, clean and airy. Staff were efficient and friendly. Far enough out of town to encourage viewing places not normally associated with the other attractions of Gent.
7.0 / 10.0
The cheapest option that I could find with a walkable distance to the city center.
Overall good check in experience and it was also great that we could leave our car on the parking lot after checking out, so we could visit the city center for some extra hours and have an easy-going breakfast without too much rush.
The room is big and feels kind of empty.
There was some dust in the bathroom and a leftover crusted peanut with crumbles in the wardrobe.
The WiFi was rather slow (ask for the password at the reception because it's nowhere to be found in the room).
Automatic light in the bathroom with glass door is not such a great idea.

Lots of facilities you don’t always get from hotels these days, fully accessible and friendly, helpful staff.
Nothing really - a very relaxed and comfortable stay.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was really nice, and the room and bathroom were really spacious. The location is perfect cause it is just 20 minutes walking from the center, so it’s nice and quiet around the hotel. The parking is €15 a day and is just next to the hotel. Plus, it was my birthday and they surprised us with a bottle of wine in the fridge, a really nice and appricated gesture. We definitely suggest this hotel!

The room is so specious and the location is good.

It is very modern and clean. While it is located outside the historic center it is only a level, 15 mins leisurely walk to that area. Also there is a tram right across the street that will take you to the historic center that runs very regularly. The parking onsite is very clean and spacious!

The staff was wonderful.
The bed was ridiculously small in what was a rather large room. Also, my refrigerator did not work and when reported no one came to fix it. I would not stay here again, as the quality is not at all commensurate with the price.

It’s a really nice hotel, I think it’s rated as a 3*, but it’s far better than that.
My room was luxurious & spotlessly clean & the staff were very helpful & pleasant.
Not much really, the location isn’t the best, but that wasn’t really a problem.

Chose for the location which is three blocks from my daughter's apartment. We came to Gent see her. Is a great facility for someone visiting the nearby Sint Lucas hospital with the bathroom clearly designed with potential hospital patients in mind, though this did not apply in our case. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.
I dislike the fact that there is a motion sensor on the bathroom light with clear glass doors which disturbs my sleep when my partner uses the facility at night and visa versa. If there was a way of turning that off, we were not told. That's why I rate the bathroom only fair. Also the walk-in shower, while great for a handicapped person, makes for an unnecessary watery mess on the floor for us ordinary folk. While the breakfast was good, it seemed pricey (18 euros per person as I recall) for a pick-what's-pre-prepared style meal. I would be happy with a simpler, cheaper breakfast since I don't typically eat a big breakfast, but given the price I made it a major meal.

Exceptionally friendly, kind, understanding and helpful staff.
I can't believe this is a 3 star hotel. It is an architectural nightmare! I'm 5f4 (1,65m) tall and my feet were dangling 7 inches (20cm) of the ground sitting on the toilet in my room. Impossible to use the toilet in your room. Walk in shower has no curtain/wall, so no matter how carefully you shower, the ENTIRE bathroom (floor, cabinets, (unusable) toilet will be covered in water. Showerhead does not tilt, so you have to hold it anyway, because otherwise it stays in a vertical position. It may look fancy, but the place has no functionality whatsoever. A waste of money. A horrible experience. A lot of discomfort. Truly, the only good thing about it was the friendly staff.

Very neat and clean.
Staff very friendly and helpfull.
There was no coffee/tea making facility in the room.
Plus no relaxed seating for two, just the one chair at the desk.
We did get an extra chair and small table when we asked for it.

The rooms are very clean and modern and excellent for business purposes.
The breakfast is decent and varied
The location is a bit further from the city center but can be easily reached by tram (15 mins)

Big rooms, grand entrance hall. Car park is secure... Can't say much else for a budget hotel! Serves its purpose
Feels old and tired. Bathrooms are super budget

Clean and modern to a high standard
Pleasant location an easy 15m walk from Ghent Center. Some great restaurants 10m walk
Secure parking garage
Trams run past the frontage, creating a little noise in the night
Building site next door- no work at weekends.
No evening food service

Great location next to tram stop to city, or 15 mins walk. New and clean, friendly and helpful staff, secure underground parking. Large rooms with big cupboards, large accessible bathroom which can make a bit of a mess but can cleaned with provided squeegee.
Could be noisy at times due to other guests. Doors are heavy and shut with a loud bang - could be easily fixed. Too many mosquitos so can‘t leave window open - can get hot and there is no a/c or fan, though hotel offers mosquito plugs. Basic room facilities.

Recently refurbished hotel with very spacious rooms and serving a decent breakfast. The old town is only 15 minutes by foot.
My room was infested with mosquitoes, which ruined my night's sleep. Evidenced by the fact that the reception desk issues mosquito-killing electrical plugs (as I found out the next morning), more rooms may have this problem.

Feels like a hospital rehabilitation center. Weird bathroom layout.

Practical location, easy to come with a car; free parking in a garage is highly appreciated, very convenient that there is an elevator from garage to the hotel. Friendly, cheerful, engaged and helpful personnel; easy and quick check-in and check-out; communication with personnel prior arrival worked fine.
Room is spacious, quiet and comfortable; breakfast is available at extra fee.
The hotel is probably recently opened, looks new and modern.
Breakfast is too basic, doesn't worth the spent money;

Great and clean hotel. The location was better than I expected, it's around 20–25 minutes walking, and you're in the city center.
Rooms and the building are very modern and it has everything you need for a short stay.
Also, love their effort in accessibility and green choices.
Unfortunately, because it's a green building, the ventilation it almost doesn't exist. We stayed during the cold days and still it was pretty stiff inside the rooms. I would recommend them putting a fan in each room.
Another issue is mosquitos. They have sunscreens on the windows but they automatic. We asked the stuff and they put them down manually. It greatly helped with mosquitos.
