Great location

Great location in walkable distance from station and all sights. Unfortunately, we were only there a short time and it was very miserable weather.

There was only one chair, and the little utility room could possibly do with a little screening just to hide the obvious. Minor detail though...

Pleasant

The property was very central and easy to get to. It was great to have two separate rooms with double beds.

It was a bit difficult to drink coffee in a tea cup. The toilet door didn’t shut properly and the curtain in the spare room wasn’t long enough. Perhaps a few more pictures on the walls would make it more homely. Besides that we enjoyed staying there

A failure!!!

The location is perfect. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom new an bright.

The entrance to the guest house was the worst sight for a guest.A pile of dirty sheets or what...a steep staircase to reach the attic where my room was. A fan was on to keep the room cool.. An ugly chair, avery dirty window, no handsoap in the bathroom. I even talked to the host about these!!!

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, friendly host, well located, and a lovely view over the rooftops.

Was a bit dusty in places. TV didn't work. Coffee machine needed a clean but was sorted promptly.

Excellent bed. Good shower. Nice bathroom. Location can not be better. I had a food poisining and they did everything they could to let me in the room early.

The apartment needs more care

The location is central - just 7 minutes to the castle by foot. If you travel by car, there is a space in front of the door to park for a few minutes to unload the luggage. Also if you open the windows in the bedroom and in the laundry room, there will be a nice breeze to cool down in a hot afternoon.

- a broken curtain in the bathroom, which destroys the privacy; - bad ventilation in the bathroom, and a window, which can’t be opened; - no floor towel in the bathroom; - no tea cups with handles; - just one chair in apartment for 2; - cheap plastic tea kettle.

Too many stairs which I was not aware off. It almost requires perfect physical condition to climb up. I am afraid that they will have problem in a future with this aspect of their accomodations.

Fantastic place to enjoy a visit to Ghent

Very comfy bed, nice bathroom and a quiet location -- yet barely a minute's walk away from the very heart of Ghent.

Some proper cups and a better selection of tea would have been good, but I'm nitpicking to be honest - they were my only gripes!

Super fijn!

De ruimte is erg mooi, ruim en prettig. Super schoon en mooi ingedeeld. Het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze zijn er snel als er wat aan de hand is. De locatie is ook echt top, om de hoek van het centrum en ik vond het erg fijn dat ze vooraf informeren over aanraders voor restaurants, parkings etc.

In de kleine kamer is er geen flatscreen aanwezig, alleen deze mistte ik eventueel. En het huis is erg gehorig, dat is soms lastig, want je wilt graag rekening houden met andere gasten.

Geweldige locatie, comfortabel appartement, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding voor Gent

Supergoede locatie in het midden van het centrum, ruim en comfortabel appartement, makkelijk inchecken want de nodige details kregen we reeds vooraf zodat we ter plaatse niet op iemand moesten wachten maar direct binnen konden.

De trap is wel zeer vervelend, heel steil met korte treden, niet geschikt voor mensen die wat moeilijker te been zijn

Bed en douche heerlijk, locatie top!

Wat sober ingericht, echt bedoeld voor de toeristen die alleen maar buiten zijn en op de locatie slapen. Ik miste zelf bestek en servies, tv deed t niet en een eettafeltje. Zou persoonlijk een bed eruithalen en een bank ervoor terug met eetkamer tafeltje. Oftewel, wat luxer. Zal denk ik net zo vaak verhuurd worden maar san tegen hoger bedrag

EXCELENTE!

O flat nos surpreendeu positivamente. Check-in facilitado, quarto muito confortável, limpo e espaçoso. Banheiro bem equipado e limpo. A localização é excelente, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos de Guent. Fizemos tudo a pé. Poucos minutos de caminhada.

Pra nós não foi um problema, mas quem tem dificuldade de mobilidade deve se atentar para as escadas. São dois lances de escadas.

Prima qua prijs en locatie voor 1 nachtje. Geen hoge verwachtingen hebben van sanitair.

De locatie was goed Konden vroeg onze spullen neerzetten en de volgende dag laten staan. Handig met een code deur te openen.

De bedden en gehorigheid, douche liep niet goed door.

Chambre propre et bien située

La chambre est très bien située, simple et confortable. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir nous faire un café. La salle de bain est jolie.

Aucune porte ne ferme correctement. La maison est très sonore, ce qui fait que l’on entend facilement les personnes qui louent la chambre du dessus parler et se déplacer. Le bac de douche s’évacue mal et risque facilement de déborder.

Perfecto para conocer Gante

La ubicación es excelente, queda en el centro, cerca de una plaza, la habitación era amplia y el baño también. El dueño es agradable.

Al ser una edificación típica de la zona (3 pisos) no tiene ascensor, las escaleras son estrechas y empinadas, no aptas para personas con problemas de movilidad y no recomendaría alojarse con maletas de gran tamaño. Por lo demás bien.

Bien situé et propre, mais mal insonorisé et mauvais rapport qualité-prix

Les instructions pour accéder à la Guesthouse et pour se parquer étaient claires, les suggestions de restaurants ou café proposés par email étaient sympa, Oliver a été réactif avant le séjour pour répondre à mes questions, et c'est très bien situé.

La chambre n'est pas très bien insonorisé, on entend le trafic dehors et les voisins dessous, et la parquet grince beaucoup. La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas (c'était les mauvaises capsules), et la crème que j'ai voulu utiliser pour mon thé était mauvaise. Il y a aussi pas mal d'escaliers étroits, pour nous ce n'était pas dérangeant, mais en fonction des gens ou du nombre de bagages ça peut être embêtant. Globalement, j'ai trouvé que le prix était un peu haut pour la qualité.

Bed lag goed. Mooie badkamer.

Wanneer het buiten warmer is dan 20 graden is het niet uit te houden op deze kamer. Er is geen airco en de kamer bevindt zich op zolder. Dat is geen fijne combinatie.

Geluidsoverlast bovenverdieping, sobere inrichting. Geen koffiemelk, 1 theesmaak. Koud water uit de douche na 5 minuten.

Perfecto en el centro de Brujas

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, en el centro de Brujas. Muy cómodo, espacioso, luminoso y con todas las necesidades cubiertas. El baño, aunque estaba fuera de la habitación es muy amplio y completo. La cama inmensa y muy confortable. Nos ha encantado estar alojados en él.

No supimos encender la calefacción pero tampoco hizo excesiva falta...

Apartamento muy sucio y sin hacer

Limpieza nula inexistente. Solo cambian las sábanas y toallas. Eso es limpieza? Mobiliario con mucho polvo, sumidero de ducha atascado de pelos. Llegamos a las 19:30h el apartamento y el baño sucio no, asquerosidad total. Intentamos contactar con el propietario ni contestaba a los mail ni al teléfono. Llamamos a booking y tampoco contacto con el propietario. Nefasto no volvería ni lo recomendaría si quieres tener un mínimo de higiene.
