The location is perfect and next to several excellent restaurants and bars. It was really really hot while I was in town so having air conditioning was life saving. It was clean and very easy to check in/out. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. I didn't use the little kitchen but it was a really nice touch.
The bathroom closet design was a bit strange and I didn't quite expect it. The shower drain was not working so I had to turn the water off every 2 minutes or so because I was worried about it overflowing into the room. The stairs were really challenging with a check in size suitcase by myself and the stair rail didn't feel very sturdy so I was trying to be extra careful not to lean my weight on it.

Very good location.
Thin walls and floor, loud noises from the plumbing. Nothing that’s not expected in an old building but not recommended for anyone who’s easily disturbed. Weird solution with the bathroom being in a closet.

Nice hotel and easy to find and check in and out location is great and central but..
Friday and Saturday there is a Night Club banging from 23 to 5 am in a morning. But if you have heavy sleeping or be there in different days it’s a good hotel.
