Clean, good price quality, easy to reach by car, good for overnight stay while travelling

Very clean, good price quality, next to the highway, so easy to reach by car, plenty EV chargers in the underground parking, , good bed, decent breakfast selection. Good stop for an overnight stay on the road.

Parking garage entry is fairly steep, so would not try with a low clearance sports car. But there is plenty outdoor parking and our low clearance sedan made the ramp just fine.

Excellent value for money with very well kept rooms.

Easy check in late at night. Excellent suite, with sofa bed nicely made up for the children. Clean and well functioning. Great selection of food for breakfast.

Lovely hotel and staff

Lovely staff and we had a lovely room too. Very clean and breakfast was very good. We both really enjoyed our stay.

The only downside was we only had 1 tea cup and 1 set of towels for 2 adults. It wasn’t a major issue for us as we managed to sort it out but that was the only issue we encountered.

Overall, the stay was disappointing, with limited facilities and services

Breakfast was average with limited options. The room was clean and well-maintained, but smaller than expected for the price, especially compared to other hotels of a similar standard.

There was no grooming kit/dental kit/ hair dryer etc. in the bathroom, which is generally expected in hotels of this category. The property offered no room service or on-site restaurant, and the price felt really high for what was provided. The overall experience was closer to a 1-2 star hotel. With only two or three staff members managing the entire premises. In addition, there was no access to even basic emergency medication, which was concerning.

We have seen better Holiday Inn Express hotels

The beds and the size of the room were OK, as well as the sanitary. The personnel was polite and kind

Breakfast was kinda sober. There was no bacon to go with the eggs. Our television was broke and there was no effort to fix it, they just disabled it.

My requests sent prior to our arrival wasn’t picked up or responded too but they did their best to help us either way. Our room was lovely, there were lots of students staying onsite and they were so well handled and mature. Food was above average and was really happy with the coffee take away. The staff were helpful and warm - couldn’t do enough for us. We would return!!

Excellent new modern facilities.

Good breakfast selection. Lovely new modern facilities, very spacious room. Excellent for family. Very quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient to E17.

A few hairs on the bed on arrival. No milk in room for tea/coffee even though there were facilities to make hot drinks.

Good overall

Easy to reach by bus and close to main highways around. Served good breakfast in the morning. In addition, the rooms were quiet and well-maintained.

On Sunday, there were no housekeeping for the room although I placed the sign on the door, luckily there were extra towels placed in the room so it was not a big issue during my stay.

In general it wasn’t bad exept that we has to wait to check in half hour later than the check in time

We couldn’t check in on time. If you come from long way you expect that you can check in on time and not wait till they prepare it,should be prepared on time,hitrl have to do everything for it. On top of that we didn’t get any sorry for it. I paid full amount of money that you asked at least you could say sorry.

The size of the room exceeded expectations. It was very comfortable. I booked 3 rooms for me and my friends and we were all pleasantly surprised. The reception staff were extremely helpful, went above and beyond.

Convenient location, comfortable room, bus stop very close to hotel. I saw in other reviews that it’s in an industrial area, but hardly, it’s on the edge of a slightly industrial area but didn’t feel low class or scary or anything like that. the bus stop in the city centre was right outside.
