Great location, walking distance to the trams, train station, Christmas Markets and shopping. Bed was comfortable, coffee machine and coffee, kitchenette with enough for me to cook some meals in, and even a nice patio. Very secure too, with a key needed to enter from the street.

An excellent stayover in a clean comfortable hotel close to the station.

Although the receptionist was ill, she made every effort to ensure that we knew how to access the proerty and how to check out. The room was spacious, clean and with all the advertised facilities.

Great stay — especially thanks to the caring staff!

We loved our stay at GuestHouse Mannheim! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well-located. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service. It was a particularly hot night, and the staff member went above and beyond by providing missing fans for both of our rooms and even bringing us one-time-use sandals to help make the heat more bearable. Her thoughtful gesture truly made us feel cared for. Highly recommended for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality!

Well-located and fairly priced

The location was great--train station was easily accessible and good restaurants around. The wifi worked well, and the room was good sized. The staff were also lovely.

No a/c and it got a little toasty in the room. There was a fan, but that and opening the window only helped so much.

It was very close to everywhere. Nice coffee shops, restaurants and shopping places are nearby. Room was spacious with a small kitchen, very clean and comfy.

the location is well situated, nice and clean decoration inside and the staff was very kind and helpful. Also to have a parking at that location is great as it is very central place.

There was no AC in the room also in the building at all, with 30° C in the room it was very difficult to get some rest, even with that tiny fan we got in the room. Also if I keep the windows open the street is very noisy so it get worst. I do hope that this will be improved as it is essential to have a good and restful sleep.

Great advance communication, considering the reception desk is not staffed in the evening. Very nice room for the value. Friendly staff and great location.

Room was too small, kitchen wasn't "fully" equipped as described I had to request a microwave from receptionist Elena who was super nice btw.. It says in the description that a washing machine is included and laundry services are with additional costa but to our surprise there was none

Superfreundlich. Es wurde sogar Milch und Müsli spendiert. Problemloses einchecken. Sehr sauber. Sogar ein Balkon war vorhanden. Sehr ruhig. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof. Im Haus war’s absolut leise. Kurzer Fußweg vom Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Steaßenbahnhaltestelle quasi vor der Tür.
