Breakfast and room were excellent. Only caveat when we arrived at the hotel bar at midnight there was no one there to serve us so we went to bed but overall very pleasant stay!

Parking when returning to the hotel in the late evening can be a problem.

We’ve been going here for decades but it’s never really a good nights sleep

Location - very quiet and close to where we need to go Staff friendly, private parking free of charge.

A/C so loud that sleep was impacted. We switched our a/c‘s off but neighbouring ones made a loud rumbling sound. Compressors? When I mentioned this checking out I got a bland ‚I’ll tell housekeeping‘. Nothing will be done but the full price was taken of course. Annoying. What is their own expectation toward their performance?

Exceptional breakfast, super clean and well maintained apartment. Personalized message in the room, a few accessories available in the room as well.

The on site restaurant menu was very small and the recommendations for other restaurants was a nice touch, but we were tired and preferred the on site restaurant anyway, it was okay.

Very good

We stayed for BUGA23. From the hotel, take Tram 7 from BASF station to BUGA in 35 minutes without changing trains. The BASF station is about an 8-minute walk from the hotel. The concept of breakfast is health-conscious. My husband and I were very satisfied with the variety of fruits and muesli. I think the staff are very friendly and well trained in all departments.

My husband and I stayed in a suite for one night. In the bathrooms and toilets, the hotel provides solid soap, but the cleaning staff think they will be disposed of after guests check out. In my opinion, it's a waste of resources. I think it would be better to use liquid soap for the sake of guests and for the effectiveness of resources. There is only one towel rack in the bathroom. why? It is not always the case that two women stay together or even couples share hand towels. Two towel racks are required. After showering, I wanted to use the hair dryer, so I looked for an outlet, but there was none. why? The toilet sink is small. I don't think male guests can use the shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel because the perfume is too strong. Even women who don't like sweet scents won't use it. I think that changing to organic cosmetics would be more like the Rene Bohn Hotel.

Very clean room, comfy beds, very good room amenities, excellent breakfast with broad selection of foods, 24/7 reception, nicely designed lobby, free of charge parking slots for guests, very friendly and helpful staff.

- Strong food smell all around the building during breakfast. - faulty design of the shower cabin: water spells out by opening the cabin door and the floor/bathmat are always wet.

Felt like a brand new building, lovely design and well equipped gym and excellent complementary toiletries. Easy parking, electric car charging facilities in car park supplied by third party. Excellent food, dinner and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was beyond exceptional. Amazing attention to detail by every member of the staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning crew to the chefs to the waiters. Simply phenomenal. So profession, courteous and we’re so willing to help and accommodate us in any way they could.

Everything we experienced at the hotel was beyond expectations.

It was clean, breakfast was good

That according to the German law, they removed the Covid19 restrictions BUT the hotel decided to enforce a restrictions without inform me In advance. If I would know that I would not book at this place. In addition, due to the location is near criminal plant there is bad small in the air And for the price that I've been paid I would l like to get the full information about the property
