Bad smell due to smoke

People whom stayed before me in the room , smoked in the room , so it was a terrible smell I had to sleep in.

A great location for a city stay.

My first Question on my trip was ‘Is there a place to safely store my bycycle’ and here we had a firm yes. The young man on reception, who was generous enough to tolerate my English only questions, showed me to a secure yard with spaces for cycle parking. A nice room with all the facilities one would expect and a great view over the plaza in front of Rhein Galerie towards the river. Breakfast? Well I can only describe this as sumptuous. A feast that set me up for a day's cycle ride. A great stay in a modern city setting. Thank you for your generous welcome.

Great value for money, in the heart of the city.

This is a value to money location. Very close to main area, to enjoy city. Stay was comfort and enjoyable. Place doest have parking place of its own but there are parking garage near by which are good option to keep your car safe. Since you are in the city center lot of option to travel left or right. :)

Breakfast was little expensive, there are other shop nearby offering alternative options.

The Rhein Hotel experience 😂

It was close to a shopping center and well connected by the Straßenbahn. I also liked the easy check in and check outs

Comfortable hotel near Gallerie Shopping Centre. Staff very prompt to assist with room issue on check in. Good continental breakfast with some vegan options.

Unfortunately found mould in bathroom of initial room.

Clean and comfortable room for an overnight stay with kids

Parking onsite is indicated in the hotel description In reality the parking is not a part of the hotel. The closest one is located across the street and is extremely tight for a family car. I could not fit the car nicely there. Other parkings around are closed after 22:00. So not a good place for a night stop.
