Modern room and hotel with industrial charm (with pricey water)
Room and bathroom were beautiful. The blinds allowed good blockage of the light at night.
We got some beverages at the bar and the water (0.75 l) was EUR 8.50 (2 EUR more than the beer)!! There were few plugs and one of them was broken. The lamp on one side of the bed was not working and the person at the reception didn't acknowledge our complaints (the woman at check-in was super kind and helpful though).

Disappointing and vacation ruiner. There MUST be someone on call duty or even better a night porter.
The saving grace was their uncomplicated and polite handling of the situation the following morning: we were not charged. (Should be a no-brainer, as we could not and did not use the room. But still, they did the right thing - so credit where it's due.)
We could not enter at night and NO ONE was on premises to let us in nor did anyone pick up the phone nor react to our messages. We had to find alternative accommodation in the middle of the night — with all our luggage stuck in the hotel.

Stylish and comfortable place for a short stay.
A lot of space, nice design, parking on premises was available.
Sound isolation could be better, had to use earplugs to fall asleep because there was music on the ground floor.

not worth it
rooms were nice looking (but completely not practical for a business stay)
no elevator, and the worst value for money i have ever seen. the safe in the room was on the floor level so i had to be on my knees to reach it. some rooms dont have curtains! to reach the hotel by foot is impossible without crossing the railway and highway and climbing over a fence..
