In Ixelles the best place to stay. Just the breakfast is really bad. I would not spent any money on it.

Piss poor!

Nothing whats so ever! To start the hotel is not even the same hotel shown in the pictures.. its a completely different & may i also add rougher, disgusting hotel. The location of the hotel is in a completely different location which made my planned routes arriving a lot harder & more stressful, the rooms shown on the pictures advertising from booking.com shown clean, modern & welcoming rooms. The rooms what we stayed in however was disgusting, nothing atall alike in the pictures, dirty & unclean. I mean our room had a mattress flipped over when we arrived so we left it like that & slept else where! & to finish the staff on reception was ignorant, rude & just not a nice person in general. Overall a piss poor hotel what i am dearly dissapointed in. Totally ruined my trip to be honest!!

Spacious room close to the station

The station was 2 km from the hotel, manageable by 20-25 minutes of walking. The room was spacious, with a section between the bathroom and bedroom for getting ready.

The room was a good size, beds were comfy, close to the palace and downtown area. Had a nice little balcony too which was cute!

No mini fridge in the room so the water was warm., The hairdryer was broke. Told the cleaning lady, nothing was done, walked around with long wet hair for over 2 hours ,

The staff is friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned everyday. The bed is quite comfortable and the location is great.

The bathroom is a bit small, esp. the shower. Not a problem for me though but take it into account if that's important for you.

The location and the parking.

The room smelt bad and was generally dirty looking with faded old carpeting, furniture, bedding etc etc. Very very bad standard and appalling value for money. This hotel needs a total refurbishment.

The room was very clean and very quiet - the location was central and close to many tram/ bus stops. The room was not very spacious but it had every comfort needed.

just what I needed. a comfortable room in the middle of the city. easy to get in and out of the hotel, parking was good and safe. just perfect for me.
