First of all thank you Mr.Cedric.You attended us nicely even helped us to lift the luggage to the second floor.
Location of the property is very good right in the heart of the city . This property has very spacious rooms . Kitchen is spacious and well equipped.Washrooms too are spacious. Beds are comfortable.This property ,by Tram is one station away from the Mannheim main Train station or otherwise 15 minutes walking. Super Markets like Aldi, lidl,Norma etc.and other local eateries are just at walking distance .
Stairs are narrow and very inconvenient to lift the luggage to the first and second floors.On the Main entrance to the property, no name is mentioned to identify the property except C3 17 .This took us quite a while to identify that we are at right place.
In the kitchen, dishwasher was not working we did dishes manually. Washing machine was also not working.My advice to the owner "Before releasing the room kindly make sure you are providing all the facilities that you have promised ' that is the true value for the money you are charging

Limpieza, ubicación, comodidad, facilidad de acceso, comunicación fluida con la persona que lo regenta, ... El mobiliario es de calidad, la habitación es muy bonita, la casa tiene mucho encanto y está limpísima, el lugar está muy bien localizado en una calle sin ruido, pero cerca de todo. Se trata de una zona muy agradable y cerca de muchas tiendas y restaurantes. En la misma calle hay sitios muy buenos para desayunar, monumentos y parques. Además, la universidad y la estación están muy muy cerca. Se puede caminar a todas partes.
En la habitación de al lado estuvieron un día haciendo MUCHO ruido día y noche. Se oía absolutamente todo como si estuvieran en mi habitación. Aunque hay normas de guardar silencio por la noche y se proporcionan tapones, habría que vigilar para que esto no ocurra. No es culpa de los propietarios del hostal, desde luego, pero de alguna manera se deberían evitar este tipo de situaciones incómodas.

Die Lage ist super! Für uns war eine gute Erreichbarkeit des Hbfs in Mannheim Pflicht und das funktionierte sehr gut. Die Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters war außerdem super, man erhielt sofort Antwort.
Leider hat uns die Ausstattung, vor allem der Küche nicht so gut gefallen. Es gab z.B. keine Tabs um die Spülmaschine anzustellen und das Geschirr stand daher für die 3 Tage die wir da waren benutzt im Spüler. Außerdem waren einige Dinge in Küche und Bad defekt, das ist aber eben manchmal so.
