Very cute and clean hotel nestled in rough inner city urban Mannheim.

I liked how warm and welcoming the management staff was. They waited for our arrival to make sure we could get in the parking lot. We also loved the mini kitchen, coffee, and how spacious it was.

The instruction on how to get into the parking were unclear because they were lost in translation. The location is a little sketchy because of the amount of graffiti, buildings in disrepair, and the industrial buildings nearby. Also it’s very inner city surrounded by bars and large party crowds. However, during the day, it was pleasant and the graffiti and disrepair was less intimidating and became charming. There was no iron in the room. I don’t know if most hotels in Europe don’t have an iron in them but I would have really liked this convenience.

Ok ,but ask for a room away from the street

Clean room ,good location to go into town.on.foot

Parking was bad , we were lucky and got a space on the street . A hot summer night we had the windows open and there was lots of noise in the street as there is a park and a garage opposite . The toilet in the bathroom was too close to the wall ,you couldn't sit on it straight

Very clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Small kitchenette with coffee mashine. Very interesting concept hotel. Easy online check - in/out. Frendly and polite staff. Beautiful outdoor sitting area. Prety quiet. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a bakery. Free paking on spot.

***It won't be an issue by the end of January 2023** It might get a bit noisy during the day as they are finishing the elevator maintenance.

Cristina was just really helpful and with quick responsiveness. The room was just perfect with the tiny kitchen to make a cup of hot tea or coffee. Really comfy atmosphere overall!

Would definitely consider booking there again.

lovely property, well looked after, with private secure parking and back garden. we were on the fifth floor (no elevator) so a bit of an effort with luggage, but Cristina informed us that the elevator will be installed later in the year. A very airy spacious clean room with three comfortable single beds. Generous kitchen space and fridge. great shower room. walking distance to the Quadrate and a short drive to Heilderberg.
