Fair price.

It's a cool hotel, good breakfast, and the staff is very friendly. Room is spacious enough and fairly comfortable with a chair to relax. Recently renovated it seems.

Bathroom had some mould issues. The room was a bit too hot to sleep, and the AC didn't help. Shower with little pressure. Tv had no channels in English or any other language other than German.

The room is cozy and the bed comfortable. The staff very helpful and nice. The hotel is located right in the center.

The toilet was not clean and the neighborhood is not very nice.

Super central location, big room, the “Monnem in grün” cocktail

The coffee machine wasn’t working (was signalling a technical error, probably needed to be descaled). Despite my reporting this to Reception on the first morning, it wasn’t mended before we left. The glass screen on the shower was too narrow to contain the water, needs to be at least 20 cm wider.

Exceptional

We can’t complain. The location was perfect and easy to find. Our room was pretty nice. They have a place where you can play table soccer, game automat and and and. We arrived late at the night so there was no people and noise. It was amazing. Greetings to the lady on the reception Tijana. She was friendly and explain us everything what we wanted to know. We had a small problem with our room but she solved it expressly. It was nice to see that people from Balkan work there, so to all my Balkan people if you need a hotel in Mannheim - you can’t regret :). Hope to come next month again.

Nice, modern hotel, nice design of the rooms, but the cleanliness would like a little work. The toilet, bathroom and bed were clean, but there was a lot of dust everywhere. Parking around the hotel is difficult, but this information has been published in the menu. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was great. Thanks a lot.

Modern hotel, excellent breakfast. Next to Mannheim synagogue.

The neighbourhood is dominated by Kebab places and Arab shops etc, but this is what Mannheim city centre is like.

Perfect central location. Very, very good facilities, though it is clear they have seen better times. The staff is very friendly, ready to help you with minor and major issues.

There is an undrground parking. The team at the reception do not have any control or monitoring over the garage.

Okay Hotel. Disappointed Experience

Clean rooms and facilities, nice staff, convenient location.

Phone not working and 3rd person amenities as well as towels not provided. Had to go down to reception 5 times over the course of 2 days to ask for help. No alternatives or reassurance provided until I asked to speak to a person in charge. Disappointed as this property is 4 stars and recommended by Booking as well as TUI.

Poor

For the last night my spouse joined me in the double room. The hotel invoiced the full price of a room. Meaning I had to pay two times the full price of a room. This is in my view a modern way of ripping-off clients.
