Excellent location close to the Mannheim Marktplatz. Rooms are quiet but the air conditioning was not so effective.

Hotel facilities are good, the neighbourhood was doubtful.

A place in the center of Mannheim, with easy access to historic buildings, the Rhine, shopping, restaurants. The hotel is nice, you feel like family, you have everything you need for a stay in Mannheim.

Nice hotel, the bar and playroom verry cosy. Super location ! Untill next time :)

We booked a night to get a good night's sleep, on our drive from Switzerland to Denmark. the hotel looked nice in the pictures, but in reality it was a mix of a night club and a hotel. (There was a bouncer in the lobby). The room was incredibly hot and the air conditioning did not work. In general, it was also quite dirty. The fridge in the rooms was also dirty and not emptied of other guests' leftovers. We were very disappointed!

In the room are missing by arrival all towels - when asking at the reception they found only one piece. The hotel is in an older building, although the management tries to keep it in good condition, sometimes you can tell - for example, there was a 2cm gap under the door = you could hear everything from the corridor Complicated debates about parking. Parking cannot be reserved in advance - OK. Upon arrival, the lady at the reception informs that they only have 15 parking places and there have no more free. She recommends the city parking garage on the street "C3", he says 200m away and points in the wrong direction. The city center is full of one-way streets and reconstructions, there is no map at the reception. I couldn't find the C3 garage at all, the C3 street is more then 500m walking from the hotel. Next day, arrival at 5 p.m., free space is in the hotel garage. It is not possible to guarantee the place if I go out on the same day, someone else can stop there. The receptionist can't answer the question of how parking will be charged if I'm only there for maybe 2 hours = I'll pay €19 for the whole night. The receptionist recomend city garage at street D3 - it should be 200m, no maps, no info how arrive. I parked the entire stay in the Tiefgarage G1 Marktplatz (very cheap over night), which is next to the hotel - the receptionist has no information about it, she does not know for my question.

Our room was filthy. Stains on most walls, the table, the toilet. Alao food stains on the pillow but we didnt eat in the room, and sesame seeds in the bed along with various unrecognisable stains on the doona. Staff not that surprisrd by our feedback, and no resolution offerred . Dont waste your hard earned money on this place! Theres plenty of better options likely in better locations too!

In center of town (Turkish quarter) easily walkable to market and shopping. Plenty of dining and bar options. Nice bar downstairs. Pool table nice touch. Room cleaning staff was super nice - helped us with luggage and took great care to have clean room, nice bedding and amenities available. Great place to stay in Mannheim.

Nice hotel with pleasant decor. The room was bit small for my taste, particularly the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but the single comforter was not to my liking.

Unfortunately the underground parking from the hotel was already full but nearby parking was easy to find and only a short walk. The location of the hotel is very convenient. First I thought the rooms were too dark and weird with the animal photos starring at you on the wall, but I slept well anyway ;). All in all it was a fun quick stay. Perfect for business if you want a change friom the traditional business hotels.

Very comfortable and clean room. Friendly and efficient staff. (I miss the Whiskey Bar that used to be in the Lobby!)

Conveniently located efficient hotel with super helpful welcoming personnel. Great shower. Little bit tricky to turn off the light above the mini-bar for the night.

The style was very unique! However the fridge and bin hadn’t been cleaned properly. Apart from that the rooms looked great and funky!

New and modern hotel located conveniently right in the city center. Walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Nice room with a good city view, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Overall a very pleasant stay experience.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was very noisy during the morning. The ac did not work well and the room was very warm.

My experience was very good. I reached one hour earlier than normal checkin time and they were able to accommodate me. The hotel is situated in the middle of town and near market place and lots of restaurants

We had to pay every drink at the bar precisely at the moment we order them and so couldn't pay by card. The minima was 10€. So just figure out by yourself how to manage to pay 2 coffees right now and when you ask for paying later because you know you are going to order more than just these two. So just ask for extra drinks and other features you don't want. Really ?! This is just one little thing that sadly happened at the last moment. But the stay at your place was very gemütlich ! Thanks to all for the warm welcome.

never ever will go to this hotel again

This hotel has been recently cosmetically updated, it is only surface level. They have essentially painted all of the walls dark colors and put very dim but very chic lamps in the rooms so that you cant see the threadbare carpet and dinged up walls. There was no overhead lights in the room and it was very dark at all times. The walls were extremely thin and I could hear all of my neighbors and all activity in the hallway very easily. The updated bathrooms are very nice, although my bathtub was not completely clean, there was grime around the drain. The staff was overall friendly and accommodating, but would not allow an early check-in even if there were rooms available -- I think this is a strict Wyndham policy since I have encountered this elsewhere as well. In summary, this was an inexpensive stay in Mannheim, and ok for a short business trip, but I would not stay again.

A satisfactory hotel, which seems reasonably well-run but needs a revamp. Theres no air conditioning in the rooms, although the windows do open wide and a fan is also provided.

Even, after reading bad feedbacks, I decided to give a chance to a very good hotel name in America where I have never had any issue, so I booked a week in this hotel in Mannheim, Germany (one hour south of Frankfurt), a trip strictly for business reasons. The first thing concerned to me was the fact that only one of the three entrances of the hotel was opened. The rest were abandoned and marked with graffiti. The room was one of their classification about big enough but all the walls were dirty, the place looked filthy and the bed was very worn, so terrible night. So next morning I went to complain about that and the excused and told me that the business room I should receive, it much better. FALSE. It as a rat hole in a completely dark room, filthy also with dirty walls, kitchen-smell and the door of the bathroom hit the sink among no English channels and an expensive breakfast with hot items (coffee, bread and juice). Simply terrible experience.

We (me, my wife, and daughter) stayed at the hotel for 6 nights while visiting my son who is studying at the Universitat Mannheim.

Very friendly staff especially my friend Sam at the front desk. I thought the rooms were nice and exactly what I needed. It was centralized to the main area. Thank you!
