It is a bit hard to reach the staff regarding the housekeeping. It seems that the staff didn’t clean my room this Thursday.

Excellent location

An easy 10 minute walk from Mannheim station. And 5/10 minutes walk from all central Mannheim shops, restaurants etc. The Cafe downstairs is reception and has a nice selection for continental style breakfast.

I would return (to another room)

The room was very clean. It had a AC, a balcony, and the blackout kept the room really dark. Location was perfect: close to supermarket and stores.

I booked here for the soundproof but I could still hear my neighbor turn around in their bed or dragging the chair. Like my neighbor's, my bed was really squeaky when you turned around.

Our stay at Rate Mood Contemporary Living was outstanding. The space was beautifully designed—modern, clean, and thoughtfully laid out to make us feel right at home. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained, and the attention to detail in the decor and amenities really stood out. The fresh breakfast offered every morning was well worth the extra cost—delicious, convenient, and a great way to start the day. The location was also amazing. We were close to everything we needed, whether it was restaurants, shopping, or sightseeing. It made getting around effortless and enjoyable. If you're looking for a place that combines style, comfort, and convenience, Rate Mood is the perfect choice. We loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely return!

The only minor inconvenience was the shared laundry area. On one occasion, someone had left their items in both the washer and dryer, and I ended up folding their laundry and moving their load over. Also, the washer only took coins, which were a little tricky to come by. That said, it was a very small issue in an otherwise incredible stay.

Apartment was clean and people who worked there were very nice. Especially cleaners.

Something is beeping all the time. At night, at day, when we sleep. It is very annoying sound. We even moved out on our first day because we woke up every 1 hour due to this sound.

Really clean and comfortable

The room was really clean and comfortable and had really good facilities. The bathroom was nice and modern and clean. The location was pretty central to Mannheim. Check in and out was very easy.

Very nice

The hotel is in a calm street, my room was on the side of an inner courtyard and it was absolutely quiet at night. The room was of a decent size, very comfortable desk to work, decent bed, very nice shower, good airco. A big balcony was a very nice extra. The breakfast was fabulous, it's served in a form of a mini personal buffet.

A drying wreck for dishes would be nice. Otherwise there's really nothing to complain about.

comfortable bed, handy to supermarket and train station

divided bed - prefer one continuous mattress. kitchen bed had no room for washing dishes and easy to get too much water on it when washing dishes. couldn’t work out how to operate hot plate and no instructions. neighbour was noisy

very professional set-up. no more no less than required for business visits. Location is middle of city vibes, all sorts of shop and restaurants nearby. No contact check-in/out

Overall our stay was very pleasant and problem free 😊

Location very good for our purposes which was to visit family nearby and was close to the train station, shops and eating places. The balcony was an excellent facility. Very quiet location. Can't comment about breakfast as we chose not to have it.

A couple of comfy chairs would have been welcome. The kitchen area was small which made it difficult to prepare and cook food.

An apartment to repeat!

Overall the stay was very nice, it fulfilled all my requirements and I will totally repeat the experience for my next stay in Mannheim: - The location was amazing! The apartment is located in the city center and very close to the University. - The beds were extremely comfortable, - The check in was very easy: the information was very precise and sent many hours before the arrival. - The room was very luminous with a terrace: the feeling was very comfortable and not as if you were in a hotel room. - The apartment was super clean!

- Isolation: You can hear your "neighbours" if they are noisy. - Services: the cleaning was not done everyday, maybe because of COVID regulations. - Only a sofa was missing in the apartment. There was enough place for it and it would add some extra points in the stay.

There was no trash can in the room . I had to have dinner in the room and having no way to get rid of my trash was uncomfortable. The bed was not the most comfortable either would have rather had a king sized bed than two twins put together.

Studio apartment at MOOD

Everything fine from check in to check out.Neat and clean , Good location near public transport.wifi , air-conditioning , room lighting, kitchenware are good.

No cloth hanging rod , rack in bathroom.room heating radiator is not correct place to keep towel and clothes. There is no housekeeping service on Saturday and Sunday so daily supply should be completed on Friday to fulfill the need of Saturday and Sunday. At least 2 chairs should be there instead of one so at least couple eat and drink together at same table. Mattresses are very soft so it is not comfortable.
