Comfortable and clean, nice staff

Lovely staff and a very large, comfortable clean room, good facilities incl pool.

Room very warm and air con didn’t bring temperature down. Windows do open but the road is very noisy at night time.

Simply a great hotel!

After booking very last minute, everything was superb. The check in was smooth, the room very clean, the airco (on a 33 degrees Celsius day) was working really well, the beds perfectly comfortable, the shower had a good pressure and the breakfast phenomenal! The location is great as well, being in the city center. Staff really professional and hard working.

Although almost sound proof, the cars outside (the show-offs with expensive, fast cars), were somewhat annoying. The hotel doesn't have their own parking spot, and we paid 15 euro's to park between 15:15 and 10:00.

The location is fantastic and close to everything I needed. The room was comfortable and clean. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel feels a bit dated. The rooms could benefit from a refurbishment to bring things up to a more modern standard.

Seemed to be very few staff around in the evenings. Had an issue with my key and had to wait around 10 minutes at reception before someone turned up.

A convenient place to stay for a night but I have stayed at better hotels in the area.

Hotel is very central, only 10 minutes walk from the Hbf. Reception and bar staff were approachable and helpful. breakfast was very good.

The decor was very tired. The room was clean but the A/C was noisy and inefficient. Bed wasn't comfortable.

It was a good stay.

Location, Quiet room, comfy beds and cleanliness.

Staff were accomodating but didnt let us check in early, eventhough we were there like 3 hourse before the check in time. I emailed them, I called them but no answer.

Nice big room and excellent location.

Unfortunately the pool was closed and the shower in the room partly broken. Also no hair conditioner which is annoying when you have long hair.

We still enjoyed our stay despite the little weird things

The room was quite big. There were 4 of us and there were two queen size beds and a double bed. There was plenty of space and we had a fridge. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. We could check in early because our room was ready. The hotel was in central Mannheim with easy access to restaurants, shops and attractions.

The bathroom lock was broken. The room often smelled of cigarettes even though it was non-smoking, probably the smell was coming through the air conditioner. The coffee cups were dirty. Generally the room wasn't very clean, especially the carpets. There were some weird things too, for example after the room was cleaned, there was a towel on the top of the wardrobe. It wasn't a disaster and the stay was generally acceptable but there were these little things that didn't make any sense.
