Terrible staff.

Location

Terrible experience. The reception man was rude and unhelpful, and the woman couldn’t speak English. Our room wasn’t cleaned even after we asked, and when we complained, they said it was “too late.” Guests aren’t allowed to sit in the lobby, breakfast was poor, and both the hallway and room had bad smells. For €250 a night for two people, this place was absolutely not worth it.

Quiet location, well served by public transportation to Mannheim and Heidelberg, comfortable bed, free parking. Close to the motorway.

The shower didn't have any shelf to put a shampoo or soap and two people won't fit at the same time in the bathroom. The breakfast room was overcrowded (the reception organised several shifts to ease the problem).

The locations is good. It's a couple of minutes away from Maimarkt hall, if you have "business" there. I also loved the late checkout (until 12h)

The parking is behind the building and in the evening it can be full. We managed to park at the side of the parking spaces (next to a fence).

Excellent accommodation for a short stay

good, clean and efficient stay. The evening porter was very helpful in trying to sort out our rooms heating.

The room had a problem with the heating. Breakfast only had warm boiled eggs as a cooked option.

Comfortable stay with easy check-in and check-out

I loved how friendly and helpful the guy at the reception was! The rooms were clean and quiet, once you close the window, there is no street noise and you can't hear other guests. Very easy check-in, check-out was not required, so we just left when we were ready. There are no keys, but a code to open your room, which is good because you don't need to worry about losing it or think who has the key if you split.

A room to heat up food or make tea would be nice to have. The location is near the airport, quite far from the city, but the city is small and we attended a concert at the SAP Arena, so for that it was perfect!
