Dusty bedroom & breakfast is mandatory otherwise they charge you.

Second visit to this accommodation, first time they didn’t have breakfast available, second time they forced us to pay 25€ for a breakfast we didn’t show up to.

Lack of communication, dirty room, lack of friendly staff.

Our stay wasn’t ok out of the reason of the Staff that forced us to pay 25€ for a breakfast that we didn’t actually take. Over all, the room wasn’t clean at all, there were dust flocks everywhere under the bed.

This was our second stay at this accommodation the first time this policy about breakfast wasn’t on and I believe once you change stuff regarding such rules of the house customers should be informed. LACK OF FRIENDLINESS & communication.

Nice quiet village, not good for seniors, especially in hot weather.

Location was on quiet village close to family.

The rooms are not air conditioned, with no insulation. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow.

A mixed experience.

We stayed in the small apartment. It was clean and light with a very small balcony at the back. The kitchen had most things needed and there was a fridge and cooker. Breakfast was adequate, but as we had the facilities to make out own at a fraction of the cost, we chose to do this, except for the first morning.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke from the reception area just in front of our room door, which permeated the room when the door was opened. The small balcony was right above the rubbish bins, and had a full ashtray of old cigarette butts balanced on the ledge. Yet this was supposed to be a non-smoking residence? Restaurant closed at 10pm, and by 9.30pm, the body language of the staff was that they would like us to leave.

Gute Lage. Sehr sauber. Nettes Personal. Tolles Essen im Lokal. Ferienwohnung als Upgrade bekommen.

Bett etwas zu schmal. Frühstückt ist leider wegen Familienfest ausgefallen, konnten aber die Küche nutzen in der FW.

Zu Empfehlen, historisches Haus zeitgemäß umgebaut, gute Lage und freundliche Chefin.

Frühstück gut, von Chefin persönlich gemacht. Leider am Montag Küche zu, aber verständlich (Personalfrage). Die Lage direkt an der Straßenbahn, ideal für Fahrt in die Stadt. Die Ambienz des alten Hauses (wir waren schon hier).

Goed Gasthof met vriendelijk personeel op goede locatie.

Vriendelijk personeel, prima kamers, schoon en goede bedden. Fijne badkamer met ruime douche . Goede locatie voor een doorreis als je niet langs een snelweg wil zitten, of een bezoek aan regio Mannheim. tram stopt voor de deur en rijdt om 10 minuten. Winkels in de buurt.

Onze kamer was op de hoek aan de straatkant. Was ‘s ochtends vroeg erg gehorig; uitladende vrachtwagens, piepende tram om 10 min en kerkklok ieder kwartier. Dus niet voor uitslapers. onze kinderen sliepen aan achterzijde en hadden nergens last van.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Das Zimmer war sehr alt, die Matratze zu weich, um darauf zu schlafen, die Zimmer waren hellhörig, und der Wäscheständer vor der Heizung war kaputt. Am ersten Morgen wurde das Frühstück aufgrund von Personalmangel abgesagt. Eine höfliche Dame informierte uns darüber. An den folgenden Tagen frühstückten wir woanders. Beim Checkout (ich nehme an, es war die Inhaberin ) fragte die Dame nicht einmal, wie unser Aufenthalt war, sondern wies direkt darauf hin, dass sie uns das nächste Mal auch das nicht genutzte Frühstück berechnen würde. Außerdem gäbe es bessere Zimmer nur bei Direktbuchungen und nicht über Plattformen. Für eine Nacht ist es okay, aber für uns nie wieder.
