Close to Mannheim HB train station. Late check in.

Short walk to the train station. Can check in late. Fair price.

The night manager was not trained up properly.

Good location, nice facilities, good value for money.

The hotel is only one block away from the train station, but there are a number of dining and sightseeing options nearby as well. The staff were competent and courteous and the property seems to have undergone an ownership change recently, which is for the better.

I think the hotel could have either included a light breakfast in the price, or charged less than €15. While waiting both to check in and check out, other customers seemed to have billing problems.

Bathroom was not the same as the photos. The hotel is a big shabby but was ok for 1 night.

Great value close to main station

Location is very close to central station. You can come and go at any time and the staff is friendly. Furthermore, its possible to pair your device to their TV, so you can stream your shows and movies on the big screen.

The hotel furniture is a bit old and the rooms are not 100% soundproof. But its still decent. We slept alright despite some noise in the early morning.

Very close to the railway station , less than 5 minutes walk . Very clean room and bathroom. Good shower. Friendly and helpful staff

There was only a net type curtain at the window rather than a full curtain which was a bit odd . I therefore did not put on the light in the room as it did not feel so private.

The WiFi didn't work properly on late hours. I was told at the front desk that there were non-dairy options available for breakfast but the next morning it wasn't so. As I arrived the room smelled clearly of marijuana.

the wifi was not working in the room and it was very loud from the streets. Also the staff had problems to write the wifi password right. No place to smoke.

An excellent one night stay in a well-placed, friendly hotel- thank you!

The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly- particularly in the morning when I was given some good advice about how to cycle out of Mannheim towards Frankfurt. Overall my stay was a very good/excellent experience. The airconditioned rooms were a bonus!

I was very happy with my stay and the way in which I was treated- I have no complaints!
