Great location, great room, friendly stuff, great value for money, definitely would recommend.

The location was amazing. 5 minutes by foot from the main station and 5 minutes by foot from Rosengarten where my conference was. I loved that I had my own kitchen with coffee maker and fridge, blow drier, iron and small ironing board. It was quite warm so the stuff gave me a large floor fan. I also loved the room itself - content, state of furniture (new), light.

Great find in central Mannheim!

It’s right in the middle of Mannheim, extremely well connected with public transport. It was clean and the double bed was large enough to also sleep our young daughter in the middle. The hotel does not offer breakfast but there are many fantastic little bakeries close by, as there are restaurants for dinner at night. For us it was the perfect option for a short stay.

It’s right in the middle of Mannheim 😉. That means you have the noise of the trams but especially of the people on the street until the early morning, which can make it difficult to sleep if you want your windows open.

Should be called 5 days because at the weekend proved impossible to reach staff with problems

Good location. Room was modern and pleasant

Reception is not manned at the weekend. But there was nowhere in the room to tell us how to reach staff if there was a problem. No message on the reception desk. Our room had a kitchen (in a badly designed cupboard) but when we looked, there was just one knife (between two people) and nothing sharp to cut bread etc. It was hard to make breakfast and to eat it without such basics. By Sunday, we were running out of toilet paper - no shops are open in Germany on Sunday to buy more - and we could not contact staff. When I complained on Monday about being unable to get any help, I was directed to a notice in the corner of the reception area - away from the desk. Even after I made my complaint, there was no help and when I returned downstairs the staff were outside smoking cigarettes - in their words 'having a conference to sort it out'. The room had only windows to a narrow internal shaft for light - so little air gets into the room - which makes it very uncomfortable during the summer.

In the center of town, clean, but very noisy, bad sleep

Location in the center of town, a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Nice view from the balcony. Clean room. We didn't see anyone, also on the reception.

Extremely loud at night, we couldn't open the windows. When we do it is too loud - tram, parties, music, screams... When we don't it is too hot and stuffy in the room, no air condition (30 degrees Celsius). There is only a small ventilator, which is enough for one person. But there were 3 of us. My husband slept very bad. Fortunately, I had earplugs, but still had problems.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Immer, wenn ich nach Mannheim komme, wähle ich dieses Hotel, da es nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und ziemlich zentral in der Stadt liegt. Alles, was man braucht, befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe- Restaurants, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Theater, Konzertsaal, Museen usw. Das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück an, aber das ist gar nicht schlimm, da es eine komplett ausgestattete Kitchenette, die Kochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank umfasst, gibt. Es gibt auch Geschirr, Besteck, Kaffeepads, Teebeutel, Zucker, Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel und Schwamm. So ist man unabhängig und kann sich selber versorgen. Besonders gemütlich war für mich den Моrgenkaffee noch im Pyjama vor dem leise laufenden TV zum wach werden genüsslich zu trinken. Die Fenster waren sehr gut isoliert, sodass der Lärm von der Straße nicht störte. Die Heizung funktionierte tadellos. In der Regel ist die Rezeption von montags bis freitags von 8:00 bis 14:00 Uhr nur geöffnet und am Wochenenden und an Feiertage geschlossen. Ich kam am Sonntag Nachmittag, wo die Rezeption zu war aber es war kein Problem die Zimmerkarte zu erhalten. Sie lag in einem Schließfach neben dem Nachteingang, den ich mit einem Code, auf meinem Email Adresse im Voraus vom Hotel gesendet, öffnen konnte. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl am Telefon, als auch persönlich. Im Zimmer war alles sauber und gepflegt, keine kaputte Gegenstände oder nicht funktionierende Geräte. Wenn Gott will, komme ich wieder!

Trotzdem insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, und mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Sauberkeit könnte es perfekt sein

Das Hotel war sehr schön, modern und frisch renoviert. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel eingerichtet und boten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders praktisch war die vorhandene Küche, die unseren Aufenthalt noch flexibler gemacht hat. Die zentrale Lage war ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Toilette war bei unserer Ankunft nicht richtig sauber und es waren noch Urinflecken vom vorherigen Gast zu sehen. Das sollte besser kontrolliert werden.

Wohlfühl-Unterkunft

Moderne, komfortable Unterkunft. Das BoardingHouse liegt sehr zentral, sowohl zum Bahnhof als auch zur Fußgängerzone. Die Straßenbahn-Station ist gleich vorm Haus bzw. in die anderen Richtungen 2 min Gehweg. Das Zimmer ließ sich durch automatische Rollläden völlig abdunkeln. (Was mir wichtig ist) Kitchenette inkl. Ausstattung und Senseo Maschine war vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem, das Zimmer sehr sauber. Kein Teppich- sondern super sauberer Holzboden. Die Kommunikation sowohl der Empfang waren absolut professionell und sehr, sehr freundlich. Der Service war top. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt!!!

Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße, hier ist der Straßenverkehr insbesondere die Straßenbahn recht laut. Das ist aber wirklich das Einzige. Dafür ist man mitten in der Stadt.

Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, alles in Top-Zustand. Offensichtlich neu renoviert. Habe mich aufgrund der Küchenzeile selbst versorgen können. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: Zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Wasserturm / Innenstadt. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, hat eine eigene Küche mit Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank, Föhn, Bügeleisen und ein kleines Bügelbrett. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Für eine Nacht voll ok!

Kleine, zweckmäßige Unterkunft mit allem, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Wider Erwarten gab es sogar ein kleines Frühstück.

Im Zimmer war es sehr warm, vor dem Fenster fuhr allerdings direkt die Straßenbahn vorbei - an Fenster auf war also nicht zu denken. Das Bett war leider auch sehr hart und nicht allzu bequem.

Super moder und schön eingerichtet, großes Bad, sogar Küchenzeile, man merkt dass das Konzept des Hotels durchdacht und liebevoll ist

Ablage für Koffer, Kleidung o.ä. könnte noch optimiert werden, da ich nur eine Nacht dort war lohnt es sich nicht, den Schrank einzuräumen

Sehr zufrieden!

Ich war schon hier mal Gast (2020) und war sehr zufrieden. Zimmer ist gut isoliert, warm und sauber. In der Küche gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine mit Pads und so konnte ich morgens in Ruhe in Pyjama vorm TV mein Morgenkaffee trinken. Die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hauptbahnhof und alle Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Hier fühlte ich mich sehr wohl und würde gerne wieder kommen.
