Great choice.

Great hotel for business guests. Seems to be renovated. Stylish rooms, comfortable bed, can open window if want fresh air. Breakfast had a great variety of foods. Could make fresh juice, eggs were made at spot, all food of high quality.

Choice of food in the lobby cafeteria was limited, if need to eat after meetings. However, tar-tar was excellent. You could add a fresh salad to the menu.

All in all, a rather nice stay.

The hotel staff were excellent and super friendly. They tried to help us with every little thing. Even days after returning, I was called to make sure everything was satisfactory. Fitness room was pretty good, quiet, and free. Wifi had zero problems and easy to connect. Location near wasserturm is nice, but expect to walk a bit to the place with restaurants.

The large 4 person room was less nice. Our toilet didn't stop flusing the first day and the bath tub was leaking, which I needed to clean up. Fortunately they solved the issue with the toilet the next day. The room was a bit dusty with squeeking and not closing closet doors. Location is far from the place wtih restaurants, you need to walk like 20 minutes.

Comfortable stay with great service and pet-friendly accommodations

The room was excellent - very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's architecture and design were beautiful. It's also a great option for staying with pets. Unfortunately, I had a very noisy neighbor, but the hotel manager responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently.

No room service available. That wasn't an issue for me, but the hotel doesn't provide pet supplies like bowls or hygienic pads.

One of the more comfortable and relaxing hotels in the center of Mannheim - great gym too

Nice hotel in good location. Rooms are comfortable with good desks to act as workstations. The gym facilities are the best (I've tried) in Mannheim hotels. Inside facing rooms are quieter, but on the side of the street wonderful views of sunrise and Wasserturm.

Internet is not consistent, cuts off, and it seems unsafe. Cleanliness of room floors could be improved with vacuuming. TV channels are not varied. Sometimes limited to only a few german channels.

The room not the same as pictures the furniture is very old . I left a personal stuff when I came back I didn’t find them after request to clean the room. they provided as a king bed but 2 single blankets .

location, price

the room that they gave us was not refurbished. It was old and did not look like the pictures online. the room was big but looked cold without many furnitures. the breakfast was good but the labels were misplaced so we were not sure for some products.

Great location in the center of Mannheim, amazing breakfast buffet. Rooms are quite quiet, despite facing a big boulevard.

Short stay but good

Me and my partner were in room 531 and the bed was too small for 2 persons. We didnt sleep well. The rooms need an upgrade in general. We were with friends and even their rooms shouted for a refresh and an upgrade. Lorraine Vassallo Room very spacious for a family of 4 but needs more cleaning...Under the bed looked like it never had seen a vacuum cleaner or a mop...Hotel has a great potential, but needs some refurbishment. Travelling with a van 2m high....You cannot park in the indoor parking but outside with paid time....though 24hr parking costed 15 euros. David Mifsud
