AP Hotel Wegener

I like it everything very much. The woman in the reception was very professional and helpful give me an early check in. It was my second stay and I will return again in may. I have decided to make it my favorite hotel in Mannheim. I do recommend to everyone!

The staff is so friendly and cooperative!

Getting into the room can be a pain. The locking system is unnecessarily complex.

Nice room in convenient location. Room was a good size and comfortable.

The electronic lock system was difficult as the code stop working after the first day. Staff helped provide a solution.

The picture of the room from the website fully differs from what you get. No carpets, no decoration, no glasses or supply for serving yourself in the room. Interesting thing - we had two bottles of water with a metal lid in the minibar but no opener for them. The personnel at reception wasn’t there already from 8pm of the evening, so there was none to ask for anything. And I’m not sure what exactly was “fresh renovated” - for sure not our room and not our bathroom. But maybe such price of 70 euro with breakfast included justifies such conditions. Breakfast was though great and very friendly and careful personal serving there. And the location 3min from the railway station is definitely an advantage. So aftertaste is still a bit mixed, depending what you expect from your staying.
