Although our stay started with some concerns due to the renovation works, the genuine care, warmth and professionalism of the team quickly turned it into an unforgettable experience.
We truly felt the colors, energy and spirit of Mexico City throughout our stay. With its beautiful architecture and outstanding location, the hotel is one of the best places to experience the city.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, and especially to Angelica, Emma and Axel, whose warmth and personal attention made us feel like family

Location excellen. Staff was outstanding common areas superb
Both Friday and Saturday evening there were weddings in the hotel. The music was loud and continued both nights to 3am causing difficulty sleeping. Beautiful hotel but due to loud music till 3am two nights in a row, it made it difficult to sleep. The hotel staff was very apologetic but we would not stay there again as parties in the hotel appear to take precedents over room guests. When I complained after the first night, I got a polite response but was told that’s just the way it is.
