Great team. Super nice and helpful.
Undergoing a reno, which is much needed.

Pros: Location is top-notch. Staff are very friendly, courteous, and very attentive (a hallmark of the FS brand). Rooms were comfortable and the pillows/bed were a dream. The room temperature was adequate. Food was great, with a particular shoutout to cocktails at Fifty Mills. The inner courtyard is a beautiful and lush garden.
Cons: The hallways/rooms are a bit outdated, but the property is being redone gradually (which can also be somewhat noisy, but we were forewarned). The pool area is underwhelming.

A true five-star experience in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for an exceptional stay. The attention to detail, impeccable service, and sheer comfort made this a standout experience.
I have stayed at a few Four Seasons, each with their own unique charm. This hotel is beautifully curated, at every corner something organically captures your breath and attention - courtyard fountain, fire pit at night, art displays, little nooks to sit down and just take it all in… My room was beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches that made all the difference—turn-down service, premium amenities, and a bathroom setup that offered both an overhead rain shower and a handheld option (a rare and much-appreciated feature in Mexico).
What truly sets Four Seasons apart is the effortless luxury—nothing feels forced, and every staff member goes above and beyond without being overbearing. The attention to detail with my food allergies was phenomenal. It’s the kind of place that reminds you how you deserve to be treated.
After a string of underwhelming hotel experiences, this stay was a reset, a reminder, and a recalibration. I can’t wait to return. Five stars, and then some. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I didn’t like that I had to leave after one night…so I stayed an extra day :)

Breakfast was amazing, great selection and quality of food. Staff are very accommodating. The location is good for Chapultapec but you'll need to get a taxi to Roma and Condesa. We arranged a guided tour to Teotihuacan and the guide they provided (Francisco) was unbelievably good.
They will charge you the most expensive rate for breakfast (which is not included in the price of the room) even if you don't eat from that part of the buffet. The hotel will charge you a handling fee for taxis and other services (I don't know if that's common in North America but wouldn't really be where we are from).

Location excellen. Staff was outstanding common areas superb
Both Friday and Saturday evening there were weddings in the hotel. The music was loud and continued both nights to 3am causing difficulty sleeping. Beautiful hotel but due to loud music till 3am two nights in a row, it made it difficult to sleep. The hotel staff was very apologetic but we would not stay there again as parties in the hotel appear to take precedents over room guests. When I complained after the first night, I got a polite response but was told that’s just the way it is.

it’s a great property that is sadly in need of an update. Our bathroom needed new faucets and a new vanity and the long dark maze like hallways leading to the rooms needs some cheerful art.
the lobby is fabulous…warm and inviting and the staff was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay in Four Seasons. This hotel is excellent in all regards. Very clean, big room with a super comfortable mattress. The staff was very kind and helpful. They even have an option for guests to communicate with reception via the app, which was a great feature. Hotel is located just 5 mins walk from the entrance to Chapultepec Park. We also highly recommend the ancestral massage from the SPA.
The fact that I had to leave!

The garden, the lobby and the restaurants are beautiful. Fifty Mils is gorgeous and very posh. The coffee shop is delightful. Room was nice and bedding was per usual Four Seasons amazing.
It was loud! Saturday evening there was a traditional Mexican band that played for a while and then on Sunday there was a band performing for brunch for almost 4 hours. It made relaxing very difficult. There were also pounding noises throughout the day. I believe they were caused by maintenance repairs. The hallways and guest rooms felt a little dated.

Rooms old and not up to four season standard. Bathrooms in particularly not up to expectations. Hallways felt old and dated. Needs a larger revamp then what has been done.
