Not a great value, pool doesn't get sun, super friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and fairly modern. Excellent gym. The location is top notch, right on the park. Great views.

It was very expensive. The value is tough to justify especially with so many other choices close by. The pool is not great. Gets very little sun all the good seats are taken up quickly and there are only a few. This place is sort of the opposite of cool. It's like being in a Marriott in the US, filled with Americans. You will not get an authentic Mexican experience here.

The bed was awesome. The bathroom and all the care products were great. The TV system was very useful.

They upgraded my room at an extra cost and I didn't really notice the difference. Breakfast is super expensive and not that great.

The rooms were comfortable and clean.

I didn't like paying for my refill of black coffee. That seemed a little cheap. I did enjoy swimming in the heated pool, just wondered if there should be a life guard?

Great spring break in CDMX

The heated pool and the pool area on the seventh floor were spectacular and were perfect for a spring break with kids in CDMX. The staff was very attentive and the little snacks in the pool area were perfect for travel with kids. Definitely recommend!
