We were very happy with our stay.

We enjoyed the friendly staff, pool/jacuzzi, and spacious apartment with washer and dryer.

Breakfast was just okay but nice that the option is there. The neighborhood is lovely but it can take a little longer to get to some places.

All the comfort of your own apartment with the convenience of a hotel.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was lovely. The pool and hot tub are in a beautiful, quiet garden in the back.

As other have said, the hotel coffee was not good. But there is a coffee maker in the room and an excellent coffee place right across the street.

Convenient location and spacious apartment.

The hotel is in a great location. It’s quiet but surrounded by restaurants. Easy to get to lots of places on foot. The apartments are very spacious. The pool was lovely and walk which the kids enjoyed at the end of a day sightseeing.

It feels more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. It would be helpful to have a mini bar in the fridge for example - we arrived late in the evening and it’s not possible to get a drink. The breakfast is very average and not level with the quality of the apartments and the price.

This hotel met our needs perfectly.

There was plenty of space for 3 friends to spread out. The pool area was beautiful and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn’t cook any meals. The breakfast was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very nice. The police presence seemed excessive.

It is difficult to get to other parts of the city as the traffic is incredibly bad, but that’s not the hotel’s fault! It is easy to walk to the Museum of Anthropology and the Castillo.

It is clean, private and the rooms are big with many facilities featuring washer, dryer, dish washer, etc.

They decided to have an event private party in the suite next door. When I call and complain they said that they told them they can party until 10:00pm. I needed to wake up at 2;00am the next morning for a flight. If they knew that they were going to have a party why they put me next door to it???

Very comfortable and terrific location, with the heated pool being a great asset!

The location was fabulous. Very close to Parque Lincoln and an easy walk to wonderful restaurants and shops. We loved the heated pool which was perfect for our grandchildren to use in the afternoon. The temperature of the pool was lovely and warm with the hot tub at one end. The breakfast was also very good with fresh choices each morning. However also great breakfast options close by so we mixed it up. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I cannot think of anything. We were super happy. Will definitely book again.

This was the perfect home base for our family’s exploration on Mexico City!

The breakfast was good with some rotation daily. The only point that needs some updating is there is only one person working the breakfast area and sometimes she had a hard time keeping up with the demand. The staff was great, super attentive. The pool facility was heated which was a nice touch.

The space and location were both excellent.

Noise level for those staying on first floor is tough and we are not light sleepers. A lot of things didn’t work or weren’t in our room but were available in other rooms. Breakfast was mediocre, constantly running out of food and service is slow. It seems there was only 1 staff preparing everything for breakfast so this needs to be addressed. The placement of toasters are also strange, as it’s super high so great if you’re tall but not if you’re short.

I would definitely stay again, the suite was spacious, clean and nothing beats the location!!

The property was amazing and the location was incredible. We had a two bedroom suite.. which was clean and spacious. The security was so nice and friendly.

The breakfast… need some more options. One day was just potatoes, beans and a sauce . Toasters were not for commercial Use and took forever. Also they are very strict about check in and check out.. we got there 20 minutes early and they wanted to charge us for early check in.

It was a beautiful property , the location was amazing. The staff was amazing. The rooms and the suites were so big. It was quiet. We went as a family so there was plenty of space and highly recommend for families. We got really sick and the staff were very accommodating, the cleaning service was impeccable and they really helped us out.

The location was excellent. The rooms were spacious and the staff was great. Our room overlooked the park and the pool is heated.

The only downside was have to refill water bottles each day.

Best value for such a luxurious place!

I liked everything! Great service, great value, wonderful location and a suite that had a big kitchen, washer, drier, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony. Best hotel in Mexico City! I have been traveling to Mexico City for 25 years and this is the best place I have stayed in 25 years!!!

There was a problem with the two showers but they took care of it right away.

Great location. Service needs help

Staff were not helpful. We were again told, fifth time in a row, only the room by the entrance was open. We didn’t see one other guest during our stay. Seems strange. Also, we were told we would be called when our room was available and our luggage would be in the room. Neither occurred.

Great location, friendly staff, overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located a minute walk from Lincoln Park, this is a definite advantage. The hotel has filtered water on the parking floor. Spacious room, good quality furniture, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, washing machine and dryer. The overall interior is quite pleasant. Very large spacious double bed. Availability of air conditioners and WiFi. Very good soundproofing.

The windows in the room opened quite a bit. Change of bed linen is provided by the hotel only once in seven days, if there is a need to change bed linen before the expiration of seven days - the service is paid. Mattress not flat. The water in the bathroom and sink did not drain well. Very dirty floors and carpets, especially after the staff cleaned up. The couch smelled bad and had pet hairs on it. There was only one dressing gown for a family of four. Slippers and sets of disposable toothbrushes, cotton swabs and cotton pads are not provided by the hotel. At the time of our stay, the pool was closed, as was the gym. except for the bedrooms, the dormitory room is very dark. There was not enough light in the kitchen, in the corridor, in the living room.
