Breakfast buffet was great. We wished there’s a comfortable lounge with live music for evenings.
Concierge was not personable or kind. They didn’t seem enjoying their job. Somewhat distant and cold.

Great location, lovely staff
The breakfast could be better, eggs are cold, charcuterie was put on the trays with bear hands after having touched other things, cheese was frozen so if you arrive early it didn’t have time to melt..

Great location and the room was very clean. The breakfast was great!
The shower door did not close properly so the bathroom flodded every time we showered…

Extremely clean and new feeling hotel. Terrific restaurants, wonderful lobby. Comfortable beds, basic yet modern clean rooms.
TV had no streaming options. Food in the special access floor / lounge was subpar. We were upsold on a “great room” and the special floor that includes breakfast and snacks. The rooms are identical in the hotel, so other than being in a higher floor, the lackluster food for an extra $60 per night was absolutely not worth it. Avoid.

The hotel's location is the best. It is within walking distance of the cafes and shops around the Polanco district. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing. The variety and quality of the food were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable and big enough.
The hotel was expensive, but it worth the stay.

“Booking” the invoice twice on my card and not removing for a few days was worrying, rightly or wrongly

Not clear the breakfast, was included when booking then not included anymore once there

Absolutely amazing view! The room was very modern and spacious with noiseless AC. If you are hungry, the restaurant offers decent food options, but on the other hand it’s in relatively safe neighborhood, so you can have a nice walk and pay a visit to many great restaurants in the area.
The bed was just terrible - way too soft for comfortable sleep and we woke up with a pain in our backs. It’s a common issue in Mexico, but I would expect that a hotel like Hyatt offers same standard as in its other properties around the World.

Great view from the room, great location to start exploring Polanco.

Hotel location is great.
Exceptional gym and swimming pool
I booked two adjacent rooms for my family and I.
From day one, the AC did not work in one of the two rooms. After 2 days I had to change rooms and move to another floor.
In the new rooms, one TV did not work (but the matter was fixed the day after).
Wi-fi did not work for an entire day, probably in the whole Hotel. Problem was fixed in the evening but it cost a fortune in roaming ;-).
Quite often the magnetic keys did not work: problem fixed time by time.
Breakfast was fair but well below my expectations. This comment is probably subjective but, being in Mexico, I would have expected much more fresh fruit rather than a quite standard (but good) American breakfast. In my previous staying in Mexico City in different Hotels, an impressive choice of fresh fruit was quite standard for breakfast.
For sure, lodging at the Hyatt this time was a negative experience for my family and I.

Overall, comfortable room, excellent "Club" on the 40th floor that is SO worth paying extra for - it means breakfast is included, and they do free canapes and drinks up there in the early evening. There's enough food that you can make a light supper out of it.
Food is really overpriced for what it is, but there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.
Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent (spare bed was dirty), somedays we were lacking certain towels, etc.

As expected for a Hyatt Regency : lovely atrium entrance, one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve had and well appointed, comfortable rooms.
Great location, near museums and local restaurants. Great gym.
The pool is in shade most of the day.
