Good stay for two days max

Perfect location in Polanco. The staff were very helpful and kind. Big clean bathroom in the room. Delicious food and drink in the restaurant.

Amenities were lacking in the room. You had to make a special request for basic items like a coffee maker or an iron. The room was quite cold and the heat wasn’t working but they brought up a space heater immediately, which was nice.

Fab spot, lots to do x

Great location in Polanco - lots of (expensive/trendy) restaurants, bars and gym/yoga studios around. The decor was lovely, big spacious room, massive bathroom with walk in shower. Very comfortable. Rooftop bar area was lovely as well.

No tea or coffee maker in the room - you had to go downstairs in the morning to grab a complimentary drink. Not a big deal but if you want to sleep in or feel unwell it’s not ideal.

breakfast was average with very cold area with all of the heaters in the breakfast place not working due to all of the gas tanks empty. door also left open with 45 degree outside temperature.

Great location in Polanco, really friendly staff

The location was great, you can walk to the museum of anthropology and you are in the middle of great restaurants, bars etc. It felt really safe. The staff was fantastic. The building is stunning.

Although the bedroom was as shown in the picture, it felt smaller (we could not have our 2 big suitcases left open and there was not much space in the wardrobe. The balcony was not usable (big plant in the middle) and the night table lamps were not giving enough light to read. Also the room was hot at night, the A/C was not strong enough and opening the window didn’t change anything. The pool was really small (more like a big jacuzzi).

Great stay and exactly met my expectations.

Great location. Room was as expected from description and photos advertised. Nice rooftop bar/lounge.

Room was on first floor above the restaurant so there was a little noise in evenings.

Excellent location, attentive staff and very comfortable.

Great location

A bit "noisy". Sound insulation not very good. Could hear TV, talking, etc. through the walls. Our room was above one of the restaurants and could hear noises from that as well.

Great in every sense!

The hotel staff is truly amazing and rooms are very spacious! The hotel is full of greenery, rooftop is a beautiful space and food was great both there and downstairs. Will definitely go back!
