A fantastic stay in the heart of Polanco

Las Alcobas is an excellent hotel located right in the heart of Polanco, making it perfect for walking, dining, and exploring the area. The location alone is a big plus. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. The room was very modern and high-tech, with smart design and great attention to detail. While the room was a bit smaller than expected compared to other hotels in Polanco, it was comfortable and did the job perfectly. The only minor issue we encountered was with breakfast. Our booking included breakfast, but initially it was limited to pastries only. After raising this with the team, they immediately upgraded us to a full breakfast, which we really appreciated and shows their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel we would happily return to. Highly recommended.

Great staff, excellent breakfast, large comfortable room, spacious bathroom and tub. Many excellent dining options nearby. Had a great massage at the spa.

Great location in Polanco which is very safe. Uber is available, cheap and reliable to get you to other areas of CDMX. Many restaurants nearby, comfortable beds and great staff.

The continental breakfast included is ok. I didn’t like the other breakfast selections available at an additional cost.

Our experience at Las Alcobas is key to our desire to visit Mexico City again in Autumn 2022.

The location was another "10". We had an embarrassment of riches with so many tempting restaurants to select from, all of them an easy walk away. Our room was very well appointed, without a single strange odor, or flaw to report. The staff treated us impeccably; along with the service we received during our stay in San Miguel de Allende, a week before our arrival in Mexico City, we are convinced that there is an elegance in the courteous nature of the Mexican people that we could all learn from.

Covid-19 has made QR codes a necessity which means no menus in hand, but we look forward to another visit to Las Alcobas when we can peruse the breakfast menu more easily.
