Great place to stay, just not a lot of space for luggage

The only thing I can say is about the size and layout of the room. Perhaps a different arrangement would make better use of the space? My wife and I each had one suitcase, and I feel like the space was a bit cramped with both suitcases and our carry-on luggage, because everything didn't fit in the closet. Everything else was great

A very nice hotel in a nice part of CDMX.

The hotel is in a very nice part of CDMX. It's well located within Polanco - it's walking distance to the metro stop and walking distance to a lot of very nice restaurants. The room itself was a decent size and was very quiet overall.

The TV didn't have any local channels.

Fantastic experience for the 1st visit to CDMX. Highly recommend District Polanco.

Location was ideal. We could maneuver around easily between all the neighborhoods and excellent walking distance to the culinary experiences via all the incredible restaurants the city offers.

Better than I could have hoped

The staff were very gracious and helpful and friendly. The upgraded room they gave me was terrific and overlooked the garden. I LOVED the garden - had breakfast there each morning. It was a wonderful location - very safe, very close to metro and fun shopping, easy walk to Polanco Park and Chapultepec Park.

A well-located hotel but management is playing games at its guests' expense.

The location of this hotel is excellent and the condition of the property is good.

Some of the rooms are mis-marketed. The Presidential Suite, which we booked, is effectively a basement room and is located on the main lobby so it is noisy and not private. We moved from this to a regular room upstairs. The new room was fine but management would not respond to our request to confirm that they would refund the difference between the roomrates and now tells us they will not refund the difference because we had "booked the Presidential Suite". Look at their website pictures

Me gusto en especial la ubicación del hotel, la comodidad y tranquilidad de la habitación, la amabilidad de todo el personal que trabaja en nel hotel, la cercanía de restaurantes y cafeterías, la zona donde esta el hotel, agradable para pasear, para hacer comprar y con una sensación de total seguridad. Una decepción

Es muy caro por lo que ofrece. La habitación es mínima. Una decepcion. Te cobran el equivalente a aprox una noche más, como seguro . Supuestamente lo cancelan a las 24 hrs de dejar la habitación., cuando podrian hacerlo en el momento. 96 hrs después, sin haber hecho ningun consumo, el cargo sigue en mi tarjeta. El personal de recepción, praticamente ausente. No lo recomiendo.

Hermoso hotel para regresar sin dudas

Nos tocó una habitación pequeña y ruidosa, por lo que nos cambiaron inmediatamente a otra muy confortable El hotel tiene lugares comunes muy agradables, interiores, PB un patio y terraza con sillones y sanitarios Hay cafetera con 2 cápsulas de café x día, y tés a disposición en la habitación En los pasillos hay dispenser de agua potable a disposición (fría y caliente) Por la mañana podés servirte como cortesía un café con galletitas (a discreción) El baño completo, con buenas toallas y ducha con buen caudal de agua y buena temperatura LA CAMA EXCELENTE, sábanas muy buenas PERSONAL EXCELENTE!!!! muy amables y dispuestos a responder cualquier inquietud o inconveniente.

Realizan retención por medio una tarjeta por cualquier problema que hubiese en la habitación, nosotros nos retiramos del hotel a las 5 AM, pero me informaron que hasta las 12hs no realizan la revisión y el cierre de voucher correspondiente; considero que la habitación debe revisarse en el momento que me retiro y entregar el voucher de cierre en el momento que el pasajero se retira del establecimiento. ACLARO QUE NO TUVE NINGÚN RECLAMO POR FALTANTE Café y galletitas de la mañana hasta 9hs, podría extenderse un poquito

El peor hotel de la CDMX

Pésimo servicio de la recepcionista. Como NO tiene estacionamiento, afuera hay una mafia de guaruras y viene viene vendiéndote el lugar en la calle y el hotel se hace el desentendido. El aire acondicionado ruidoso!! La recamarita mide 1.5 x 1.5 mts. El peor hotel que he conocido en el mundo. Es una vulgar casita de huéspedes. Su relación precio-calidad es nula. Cero recomendable
