Overall my stay was great!!! I really enjoyed my room and location. The front desk lady was Great!!!

I didn’t like stuff on breakfast. The girl wasn’t nice. I did get everything myself. But I saw them then meeting other guests and explaining what was free and what wasn’t. Nobody came to me. I just thought it was rude.

Pleasant

The decoration and style of the restaurant and the breakfast buffet we liked a lot. The location was very good and staff was very nice. Not a too big hotel quite boutique. Gym area and pool were great

our room looked like a hospital room, too little decoration, to white light. The room door didnt close properly, and the light from the hallway was entering the room at night. Where the sink, where you are supposed to wash your face or hands on the floor was carpet and went wet every time we used the sink. And that toilet area was really very bad illuminated. The restaurant down was nice but it was very cold, it was like open all the time ...

it has not aged well the staff is good. but clearly not motivated. the staff at other group hotels like in Puebla is much better

it’s just old and internet is not great. food and drinks were not good.

Located in the super fancy neighbourhood of Polanco. great spot. loved the simple design. the robes were fabulous. slippers a great touch. staff was really helpful.

i wish pool hours were longer. never got to use it. also, really suggest having s bluetooth speaker in the room for some personal music.

Excellent location, perfectly situated to get around Mexico City, and Polanco is an amazing area for some of the best restaurants. Rooms were spacious and really clean.

Hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere, it was really quiet and felt more like a business hotel. Would have liked to have had more of an atmosphere in the bar etc.

Service was 5 Stars. The hotel is definitely not. Location is good

The hotel is not 5 stars! There is no visibility from the windows or balcony. Sand blasted windows from floor to ceilings. Photos of room are deceiving. There is no walk in shower. Bathroom very small. Washbasin outside the bathroom by the entrance door.

Breakfast was great but very slow. Orders took over 30 minutes. And each day there was less ans less pan dulce

Excellent Location but extremely noisy

Location is excellent nearby offices and shopping stores

Rooms are small, need to be updated, and extremely noisy. It is virtually imposible to sleep during the entire night. Funny thing they give you ear plugs. They offer breakfast included but they charge you the water and the coffee.

3-star motel... Maybe

The staff were very friendly. The cosmetics products in the room are good...

This hotel is barely a three star hotel. We have also stayed at La Purificadora and the experience was completely different. This is more like a motel than a hotel. We heard noise from outside and inside the hotel during the whole night, you can hear your neighbours and noise from the hall. There was construction work outside all night. The facilities are run down. The rooftop bar wasn't open. Asking for simple things took forever. We asked for a locker key to feel comfortable using the 5th floor facilities, it never came. Booking massage treatments took about 5 exchanges with the receptionist - why is there no information about the prices or duration online? Pretty ridiculous... I feel cheated out of what was supposed to be a romantic getaway in Polanco.

Instalaciones antiguas, bajo nivel de servicio, lo único rescatable, la ubicación

Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación ya que está en la avenida Mazarik.

No me gustó que hacía mucho frío y marqué para que me proporcionaran otro cobertor, el cuál nunca me lo llevaron a la habitación y también pedi que si podía ir alguien a ver si funcionaba la calefacción del cuarto, y me comentaron que iba a checarlo mantenimiento. Nunca fueron ni a revisar el aire acondicionado ni a llevarme el cobertor y definitivamente no lo checaron en su control ya que al siguiente día, me dijeron que el hotel no tenía calefacción, así que me mintieron. Al día siguiente me proporcionaron un calefactor pequeño pero tampoco funcionaba. Así mismo, al siguiente día, tuvieron una revision de electricidad, por lo que toda la mañana, la luz se iba constantemente, e incluso tuve que esperar para poder bañarme, porque ni siquiera la bomba de agua funcionaba, me cambiaron de habitación y ni así se soluciono el problema. Me decepcionó mucho este hotel, ya que por la ubicación y el precio, pensé que iba a ser un buen trato y que las instalaciones iban a estar en buenas condiciones, lo cuál no fue así, las instalaciones ya son antiguas, además, a pesar de que comenté en recepción que por el inconveniente de la falta de luz iba a atrasar mis citas y compromisos, no tuvieron nunca una atención por lo menos para reparar la incomodidad causada. El gerente y personal de recepción nunca me proporcionaron una buena respuesta, para más, las amas de llaves fueron las que me ayudaron a gestionar el cambio de habitación. En conclusión, elijan otro hotel si visitan CDMX.
