A good place to stay - close to major attractions and in a nice safe neighborhood.

Great location, clean and friendly. Three of us had tourists while there and staff were understanding and helpful with extra towels and sheets as needed.

Laundry does not work well; washer needed to be hand stepped through cycles and drier has no knob and does not get very hot. But still, there is a washer and a drier and they are free, so that is a good thing.

Great location, space, furniture, facilities at tge building. Bed and linnen great, not noise.

I would suggest to put a black out cortine at the wall between bathroom and bedroom.

Location

The rooms are very dark even though you have a superior room. It is located oddly and I spent a week there without natural light. And they did not change my room even-though I required a change. Disappointing

Cleanliness- the person who cleaned the rooms didnt do a good job. Plus, they wouldnt leave extra toilet paper and there was no tissue.

Perfect location and great apartments with amenities. The only problem was when we arrived we got 6 hours with no towels because their partner delayed.

The location is 20/10! Loved the accommodations. The staff can benefit from hospitality training.

Excellent location! Safe neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants, cafés, shopping, and parks.

The staff was not friendly and welcoming. They were rude. When we arrived the front desk did not welcome us, her only words were, “if you are here for check in is not until 3pm”. When we returned, we didn’t exchanged more than 3 words. She gave us a card with the room number and code to enter. Did not tell us about breakfast. Did not explain cleaning services. There were no recommendations of places to eat or visit around. There was no effort to get to know us (I have been asked in the past -“is this your first time here? Where are you visiting from? Let us know if you need anything! Enjoy your stay!- there was no hospitality). When asked to changed towels they told us we needed to wait until the next day since we didn’t leave them on the floor (to be changed). The next day, we left them on the floor, and again they weren’t changed for clean ones. They mixed up our luggage on departure with incoming guests’.

TV didnt work, staff was not helpful (no night staff to solve any issues, you have to wait until the morning), towels were not properly cleaned (shave hairs on the fresh towels)

I cannot recommend this hotel

The location of the property was excellent, although it was very noisy.

The property has no air-conditioning and it was extremely hot, no parking, although it advertised it did, and because of the heat one had to sleep with the window open. They were cars racing down the road at four in the morning and then at 5 AM. The guard was outside with several men laughing and talking so loud that we could not sleep. We ended up checking out a day early asking the hotel for a refund for the second night. I have emailed and called and they are ignoring, our request for a refund.

Relaxing Stay in Polanco, Mexico City

Be Mate Apartments in Polanco was amazing. The place is nice and safe. The people at the reception desk and security were very friendly. This particular location is on a main street in Polanco which made it easy to walk to restaurants and bars and for doing some sightseeing. The building is locked at night which was nice in regard to safety. There is a guard who stays after hours. There were a few times we came back around 1:00 in the morning and the guard let us in. Our room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the music playing in the hallways which made the place feel lively. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would recommend Be Mate if staying in Polanco in Mexico City!

My girlfriend and I had food poisoning toward the end of our trip and we went through a lot of toilet paper. Apparently, there's a one roll of toilet paper per day rule, and when we requested more, we were initially denied toilet paper and they would delay bringing it to us even after explaining we were sick. We ultimately managed, but we had to give a lot of pushback as to why we needed more toilet paper.

Clean/modern property (safe area) w/quality amenities & convenient to landmarks & great restaurants.

This property was an excellent choice and value. Great location in the Polanco area near restaurants and shopping. The apt was as presented in the photos. A modern space with quality amenities. We happily used the complimentary L'Occitane bath products, the Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerated h2o/soda h2o and powerful Conair hair blow dryer. Our shower had a powerful rain dome with on demand hot water. The staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions/other and always very courteous. A delicious complimentary continental breakfast was provided each day and was most appreciated.

The three flights of stairs to our room were grueling on the days we toured all day (beginning at 6:30A). Luckily, they are in the midst of installing elevators. We were grateful to their male staff who carried our luggage for us on arrival and departure. We look forward to a return date when we plan rebook at this wonderful property.

They should clean the tea cups you have in your room. It is a small plus that would make a difference .the security staff is very helpful and nice. Much better than the reception staff (except the lady on saturdays)

Definitely worthy - everything as described

The property has the best location, is clean, welcoming and it was definitely the best stay in Mexico. The staff were welcoming, friendly, courteous and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast was very poor, but then again we didn’t expect much. There are wonderful places all around to enjoy a great brunch.
