Location lots of restaurants relatively quiet and close to major tourist destinations Host were very helpful and friendly

Great to explore Polanco

This was my second stay at this Nido, I love the location so central for the Polanco area and the appartments are nice and well equipped

They could not keep my luggage, which was a bit disappointing as I had to carry it with me waiting for my evening flight

Wonderful surprise.

The property did not have breakfast, but a few cafes were within a six-minute walk. Polanco is a great area to stay, and the property was next to a park and several restaurants. The room had a balcony and I had a view of the park.

I had to run the water for a few minutes to get hot water before I could shower, which I found wasteful.

Location is great, the rest... mediocre at best.

Great location, no questions about that. One of the people staffing the reception was very nice. Good terrace were it not so hot. Nice little business center downstairs, where I could work. The room was clean.

I arrived a few hours early (and I messaged the timing to the property beforehand). They could not find any way to accomodate an early arrival, even though it didn't seem busy. I ended up waiting for hours. Then, after I literally waited 'till the earliest check-in time, the room they gave me was a nice suite overall - except all the windows faced walls with aircons on them... and those aircons sure made looots of noise. Made it very hard to sleep, plus facing walls is not quite what you expect to see on your first trip to Mexico. Was that the only room? Not sure. All in all - it's OK, I guess, but I'll try something else on my next trip.
