Relax at Mexico city

Nice area in Polanco, staff polite, helpful and friendly, clean

We stayed in a suite for nearly 400 USD per night, breakfast included. We still had to pay 80 Peso for an espresso at breakfast. Setup quite old, time for refurbishing

Amazing stay

The property is very welcoming, well maintained, clean and was very nicely decorated for Chistmas! The front desk employees were very helpful especially the doorman Enrique🥰 Breakfast was very good. The dine in service was very efficient and the food was well prepared.

Great location, but a few things left to be improved

I liked the comfort and size of the bed; the balcony overlooking the street, and the rooftop pool for a quick dip

The outlets were definitely an issue. For a room that had at least 5 outlets, it came down to none of them working after my first night there. The hotel did include a note to reach out if anything wasn't functioning, but to be honest, as I was so rarely in the room (only there for quick changes and to sleep), it felt like a waste of my time to follow through on that. Unfortunately, for the price paid and the level of quality expected, I would have hoped that these things functioned correctly without needing to reach out to have them fixed. The other issue is that since the hotel is set up with a courtyard in the middle, it can get quite noisy. I wish the hotel staff on the first floor would silence their phones and the TV in the restaurant as I could hear them all the way up on the 5th floor, even with my door closed.

The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear a lot of what’s going on around. Consider this if you are sensitive to noise.

Good qualitative hotel, quiet, spacious rooms

Good hotel with spacious rooms, well equipped. Take the rooms that face the small road, it will be more quiet. Walkable distance (15’) to Polanco and many restaurants.

The breakfast is ok, could be better, the coffee is not drinkable and they don’t get offer any gluten-free options even if they did say that they would.

No-frills hotel in a quiet prime location where you can relax

I live in the area, and Las Suites has been our go-to local hotel for family visits, celebrations, and staycations. The property is located in a quiet and safe area of Polanco, a couple of blocks away from restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and won't bother you at all. Rooms are large, clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is quite complete, and the food quality is good. The rooftop swimming pool, spa, and gym are more than enough for a short visit. This isn't a super luxurious hotel, but it's comfortable and relaxing.

Some furniture in the rooms looks a bit worn, as do some details in the decor and furnishings around the property. This isn't a deal breaker, and the essentials are well kept. This is just feedback for management, so they take care and continue to be a great place to stay.

Comfortable.

The room was a larger than normal room you would find in a hotel, it includes a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, small dining table, a couch and two flat screen TVs. The breakfast (included) was quite good. Check-in and check-out was easy and hassle-free. The location is very good. No more than a 5-15 minute walk from any restaurant, cafe or retail destination in Polanco.

It can be quite noisy with one of the hotel towers overlooking Periferico. We asked to be moved to the adjacent tower and the staff were friendly, understood our concern and we were relocated to another room. The restaurant/bar was quite desolate outside of breakfast. The manager and concierge were very helpful during the day. In the evening the front desk staff were not very attentive or friendly.
