    We had an amazing five night stay at Pandora House during our trip to Mexico City. The hotel was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, nearby Reforma 222. The aesthetic of the hotel was a mix of modern chic and vintage charm. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and available 24/7 whenever we needed anything. Complimentary drinks at the Pandora Rooftop upon check-in and we also enjoyed the breakfast each morning at the hotel restaurant. Although the hotel didn’t have AC, the fan and open windows kept the room comfortable enough for us. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back on my next trip to CDMX!

    Truly one of the most beautiful hotels. The bar on the rooftop can be heard from the rooms but honestly the bar and hotel are so beautiful that you almost don’t mind! The rooms themselves are beautifully decorated and well fitted. The staff were fantastic and super helpful! The showers were a little low on pressure but that’s our only complaint!

    일단 깨끗하고, 위치는 너무 좋습니다. 그런데 물 수압이 너무 안좋아서, 샤워 할때 많이 힘들었어요. 그리고 수압 때문인지 변기도 막혀서 고생했습니다. 그리고 주변 도로에서 들려오는 자동차 소음이 너무 심해서, 밤에 잘때 신경 쓰였습니다. 멕시코에서 총 5개 숙소에 머물렀는데, 그중 가장 비쌌고, 만족도는 가장 낮네요.

    Booked reservation for two nights. Including early check in and airport transfer, as I was arriving at 5 AM There was no airport transfer nor early check in. When communicated with staff nothing was resolved nor did anyone take responsibility for the inconvenience. They should have been able to accommodate in a different form at least.
