I loved that I had a lot of space for myself and also the location was just excellent.

The location was good and the facility was clean.
The staff was friendly buy unwilling to make changes or addresses the issues we faced with. The TV did not work.
None of the coffee, tea, milk or sugers were replaced.
The noise from the road was bad and this was not communicated to us or mentioned on the website. There were ear plugs provided in the room which meant that the facility was well aware of the noice issue. We would not sleep well at nights and hence requested that they refund half the value of our stay. The staff then asked us to contact Booking.Com for any refunds which we are doing now
