Grat stay in Mexico city

The location is great with good access to major attractions. The apartment is great and cosy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free laundry room is great

As mentioned in the space above....

The location was good and the facility was clean.

The staff was friendly buy unwilling to make changes or addresses the issues we faced with. The TV did not work. None of the coffee, tea, milk or sugers were replaced. The noise from the road was bad and this was not communicated to us or mentioned on the website. There were ear plugs provided in the room which meant that the facility was well aware of the noice issue. We would not sleep well at nights and hence requested that they refund half the value of our stay. The staff then asked us to contact Booking.Com for any refunds which we are doing now

Wonderful stay in a great neighbourhood

There's no breakfast but there ere enough nice restaurants around. The Uliv is an excellent option for CDMX. Comfortable, nicely decorated, and very well located. The best: the kind attention of the manager and the people from the reception.

Very good

I stayed here again for one more night after coming back from weekend trip. I worked remotely here for a day and WiFi was reliable. I paid extra for a late check-out.

I stayed in a different room before but this time, the room was noisier as it was facing the main avenue and on the third floor. You could hear the cars drive by well into the night so I would not recommend for light sleepers.

nice place , but careful of noise coming from street

the Appartment are really very nice, well decorated and very very good location . the staff is very responsive and nice.

the most difficult thing was to manage the noise coming from street. I was on 8th floor and I could hear the cars all day and night as if the window was open all the time. they give you ear plugs but u can still ear it, specially if are not an early person ( traffic starts very early) . if you have a Antara shopping center facing Appartment, it’s the only watch out. Any cleaning of the Appartment is an extra cost.

Almost called the police, it took more than one hour to check in. Agressive security guard!

Room was ok

At arrival the security guard sitting at the reception and was exceptionally unfriendly and didn't want to let me check in. He was very agressive and asked me for my room number. I was expecting that at the reception I will be told what's my room number. My phone battery was empty, so I was unable to provide my confirmation number. When I requested to charge my phone the guy at the check in counter refused to help.

They provide you the best room and also perfect service. I contact them on 6am and 9pm for some reason, and they always reply me within 10min. This impress me a lot!
