Comfortable place close to Polanco and very limited toiletries.

Clean and spacious apartment with nice views of other buildings.

Toilet paper is restricted. Coffee machine is ample-based, with limited options. Coffee refills are not offered by host. Apartment is not located in Polanco but close to it.

Clean and convenient accommodation in relatively quiet area of the city

It was a clean, convenient place to stay. Although there was some unavoidable traffic noise, it was much quieter than some other areas of the city and we were able to walk or take a short Uber ride to all the areas of interest. Staff were really helpful and kept the place impeccably clean. The gym and business center were great amenities.

The location was ok. Apartment was comfortable.

Very basic apartment with very minimal amenities. Coffee was provided for one night with no refills. The staff were very unfriendly and very difficult to work with. The pictures do not do justice to the quality of the apartment in real which is much lower.

Excellent location and a perfect intimate flat to stay in Polanco. Security guards were extremely nice and helpful, as well as the hosts.

It’s an older building, so certain fixtures could be solved with caulk and a coat of paint. Flat does not have too good of an air circulation and air fan was broken.

Weekend stay in Polanco

The location is very convenient to travel within Polanco or to the city centre, the reception is 24 hours and no problem to receive packages and store the luggage, very good service

The room is quite compact and without balcony. Because it is right beside the busy street so the outdoor noise is loud. Also you can hear the water pressure pump working everytime someone open the water. The blinds doesn't work so well so around 7 the room is relatively bright

A shower full of mold is not okay...

It was okay. The location being super close to polanco is nice, because you can walk to lots of shops and restaurants. That I very much appreciated. The one thing I do appreciate is that we stayed 2 times (with 2 days in between for a wedding) and we were allowed to leave our suitcases here in the meantime. That I thought was very nice of them. But besides that I would not go back mostly cuz of the traffic, and how dirty it was the second time around.

It was super cold. There is no heating. When asked they did put in a small heater for the living room. It is SUPER loud, there is ridiculous amount of traffic and honking there because you are right by a huge intersection. But for me the worst thing is that the towels were dirty, and the shower was FULL of mold. Like full. Unfortunately (or fortunately) we only stayed one night. Which also meant they could not really do much... But when you contact the hosts they take forever to answer...

Lovely place!

The location was great for our family. The security guards are very courteous and are stationed at the entrance of the building, which is kept locked and secured. However late we arrived at night, the security was right there to open up for us. Once we were checked in, we felt very safe. Can't get better than this, considering we're a family of five with young kids. The room was very clean and comfortable. The view is breathtaking! This is my favorite place to stay for vacation.

Great location, main avenue super loud, close to restaurants, malls and HQ offices

Location is great, is a fair size for two people, one stay working at the apartment, terrace is nice.

Windows are not seal, blinds let light get in and of course is hot like crazy, loudness of the main avenue is crazy, you listen car speeding or horns sound like you are at the street, when is super hot, there's no way to open the windows because of the street noise. Business center was full not enough room for all. There was a gas smell because of the water heaters, super strong.

Most things and customer service. No internet. No fridge and very unclean and dirty apartment. Hairs of previous guests everywhere ! No working amenities. Compensation was promised and it was not given. Liars

A beautiful location completely overshadowed by the predatory arrangement with the management and administration of ULIV

the location was spectacular.

I very rarely write reviews. Really a beautiful place. Unfortunately the ULIV management and administration of this property make it a dishearteningly very unpleasant place to stay. We were pretty surprised given all of the wonderful reviews we read of this place. What we found was that the charm is completely overshadowed by the dishonest and sneaky business practices. They will say and do whatever it takes to talk you out of your money at any cost. I hope other people’s stays are not like this, but we would recommend any other place to this one in Mexico City.

the noise of the street is very loud!, the finishing of the apartment was not the best. since the days were really warm we needed to open the windows which resulted into very very noisy nights.

Great apartment for cool months, not recommended during the hot months

great apartment, very spacious. The staff (Ari) was an amazing host.

Gets REALLY hot, no AC so you are forced to open the windows but then the mosquitoes and the noise from outside will not let you sleep. We were with our two very young children and they suffered with the heat, the mosquitoes and the noise. The staff provided us with a fan which lets us sleep a bit more at night but we were all stuck in one room as they only had one fan available. To be honest we would have moved to another place (mainly for the children) if it wants because we paid so much for the apartment. Having said that, I would recommend it for any other month except the spring which is the hottest season in Mexico City.

Convenient location with great views. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The temp inside the apartment was a little bit to warm with no AC unit but there was a fan available. staff able to safely store our luggage before check-in, provide blender & extra sugar. the host was very responsive w his communication. Complimentary snacks were provided (candies were good)

The ramp to exit the parking lot into the street has a huge pothole which caused damages to the car in multiple occasions. the balcony sliding door does not have handles from the outside. kitchen appliances and cooking pots need an upgrade. No ice machine on property. The walls were thin and could hear traffic outside and next door neighbors. ear plugs were provided.
