breakfast was just ok, they charged for second cup of coffee. And we ordered room service one day thinking it was the hotel rest. but again it was the rooftop restaurant so they ended up charged us for what would have been free if we went up.

Beautiful boutique hotel with spacious room located in a chic neighborhood

The room was spacious, spotless, and bathed in beautiful natural light from the large windows. I loved the sleek, modern interior design. The hotel itself is stunning— blending historic charm with contemporary style, from its exterior to the common areas. The location was perfect, just steps from the vibrant Roma Norte neighborhood. Most of the staff were warm and helpful.

The included breakfast was underwhelming—just fruit, yogurt, and a drink (coffee or tea), with no hot options, not even something simple like eggs and toast. I didn’t have any expectations, but I still expected a bit more from a 4- or 5-star hotel.

Beautiful hotel and great service!

Hotel Maison Mexico was beautiful, exactly like the photos. The hotel was very clean, and the hotel bed was so so cozy! AC in the room made us very comfortable during our stay. The service and staff were wonderful. They accommodated us with an early check in, and promptly addressed our requests throughout our stay. Alberto specifically went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay! Thank you Alberto!

A few tips for future guests - The hair dryer in the room is very weak, almost useless. Bring your own if you plan on blow drying your hair. The Breakfast on the rooftop is lovely, however very light - fruits, toast and coffee or juice. If you’re wanting something more filling they do have menu options. The food was delicious but is an extra cost. Overall these were minor, and did not impact the enjoyment of our stay :)

Beautiful hotel, great location in Mexico City, but loud for tourists after being out and about.

Amazing location, close to bars, restaurants, cafes, and key attractions. The property is beautiful and clean. The rooms were spacious and well-designed. Staff was very friendly! Having restaurants in the hotel were nice options.

The hotel is basically open-air from rooftop restaurant to floor level restaurant. Loud clattering, music and dishes don’t stop until well after 11pm (later on weekends), and at about 6 am. So unless you are a night owl and morning bird, you will not sleep well at this hotel. Pricing was expensive for the amenities and lack of quiet.

Stylish and great location, but still some kinks to work out.

Location was fantastic. In walking distance to many nice restaurants in Roma Norte. Room and bathroom were new, clean, stylish and spacious.

While staff was friendly and attentive, service at breakfast was slow and disorganized. Rooftop restaurant was hit or miss.

Disappointing stay for our honeymoon and not a 5-star experience.

Design is sleek and modern, bathroom is spacious, and bed was comfy. Location is unbeatable.

This isn't 5-star service, and the hotel is a poorly designed new build. The room can only be darkened by pulling a door across the room that cuts off about 1/3 of the square footage. This door broke in our room not once but TWICE during our stay. The hotel did fix the door promptly both times, but it set a negative tone for the rest of the stay. Other impracticalities of the room included very few hangers and none of the typical accoutrements you would expect from a 5-star hotel like an iron/steamer, bathrobe, slippers, etc. People with long hair, pack a hair dryer! It's small and terrible quality like one you'd get at a 2-star hotel. The cleaning staff and front desk also don't deliver a 5-star experience. Immediately upon entering our room, there was no hand soap and only one washcloth for two people. The cleaning staff didn't replace our bath mat on the second day so we had to use one of our towels. On another day, we were feeling ill and called downstairs for more water, which didn't arrive after 25 minutes and we had to call a second time. This hotel has promise because of the design and location, but they just haven't figured out how to deliver quality service yet.

Lage ist gut. Rest leider mangelhaft.

Weil das Hotel ausgebucht war, wurden wir in der ersten Nacht in einem Zimmer ohne Fenster untergebracht. Bei fast 300 US-Dollar/Nacht eine Zumutung. Frühstück kontinental für zwei Personen, zwei Toastscheiben mit Marmelade/Butter sowie Kaffee und für jeden einen Obstteller. Absolut enttäuschend. Insgesamt sehr laut im Hotel, auch in der Suite im ersten Stock war während Restaurantbetrieb die Ablüftung zu hören. Die Musik aus der Bar war so laut, dass sie im ersten Stock in den Zimmer noch zu hören war, obwohl die Bar nicht besucht war.

El edificio y el personal

Estaba estropeado es ascensor. En la habitación había desperfectos, había una parte del suelo de la habitación levantado y en em baño la ducha no tenía presión y la tapa del Wc se movía. Por la mañana al estar el desayuno puesto en la terraza y la terraza estar conectada directamente con las habitaciones por las escaleras te despertaba la música que ponían para el desayuno (que no es necesaria) muy muy pronto.

La ubicación y el personal muy amable.

La regadera no tiene puerta entonces te bañas y te entra mucho frío deberían de ponerle puerta a la ducha, no tuvimos agua caliente todos los días, llegamos y no había ganchos para colgar ropa pedí y me llevaron solo 1, cómo vas a abrir un hotel y no tener ganchos, no tiene cortina la ventana si no una puerta para q no entre luz, se escucha todo lo q pasa afuera cuando camina el personal, el cuarto de arriba cuando abre o cierra la puerta de la ventana, subimos al bar a tomar algo nos atendieron y después llegó un mesero a decirnos q todavía no podían atendernos que bajáramos, para que te atienden y después te dicen q no te dan servicio q vayas al bar del lobby y te atienden, bajamos y no había nadie, siento que tienen demasiado personal pero no entiendes que hace cada uno todos te saludan muy amable pero no está claro, en baño huele mal siempre, no soy de las personas que escribe reseñas malas pero la verdad que para lo q te cobran la noche no lo vale en lo absoluto hay mejores hoteles sin duda .
