    Convenient location, decent apartment which was not exactly as posted online. Sofa bed not comfortable, shouldn't be offered except for kids use.

    I had a wonderful experience staying at Uliv Cibeles. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Roma Norte, surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and easy access to everything you’d want to explore in Mexico City. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Edmundo, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local recommendations. His warmth and professionalism really stood out. The property itself is spotless — rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the common areas are well maintained. It’s clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities here. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City!
