The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the bell boys and valet parking.. All were so helpful
The lobby is very cozy, and the roof deck is beautiful for some relaxation.

Great location next to main park in Historic Centre and right next to Metro Line 3. Huge comfy bed w decent en suite. Good size wardrobe w plenty good quality hangers. Great lobby and amazing rooftop cafe and gym. Super friendly staff.
Thin walls and noisy on first floor. Rowdy guests knocking on wrong door (mine) at 07.15!! Only one coffee pack enough for one mug. Shower only luke warm and toiletries very basic. Bedside light controls do not operate lights above door.

Excellent location if you have a conference or event in the Alameda. Very nice staff at the door, restaurant, and cleaning the rooms. Good sized rooms and bathrooms, well equipped, and available purified water in every floor. Cheap.
Despite the cleanliness, the building needs more regular repairs. It all seemed clean but run down. Absolutely no noise insulation between rooms. Many museums are a walk away.
