The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the bell boys and valet parking.. All were so helpful
The lobby is very cozy, and the roof deck is beautiful for some relaxation.

The location.
We tried checking in early and were not allowed, when we tried to Check In at the the accorded time the line was long. Took approximately 30 minutes.
The bathroom door was stuck and needed to be forced to close.
The bathroom had a very strong drainage smell.
