Can't use elevators unless you call front desk. Slippery tiled stairs, prone to slip and falls.

The location is good if you'd like to walk to the city center, takes around 20 minutes. If you take the uber/didi, it is in an area of high traffic so you may have to sit in traffic for a long time. Other than that, it is not a 4 star hotel, it is at best a 2.5 in American standards. If you are one that does not like stairs and do no like to wait, don't book here as they don't have free usage of the elevator. You'd have to ring the front desk to get the elevator to your floor.

The elevator was solely being used for going up, and if you need to go down from your floor you'd have to call. They didn't alert us of this when we checked in, and we were on the top most floor. We tried to wait for the elevator, then gave up and walked down the slippery tiled stairs. My sister slipped and fell, and bruised her hip. Good thing that she is very healthy and strong and I would NOT recommend any seniors here. The amount of slip and fall lawsuits this would garner in the US would be my biggest red flag.

Comfortable rooms. Pretty good location. Not far from the Zocalo,but not tge best walk to get there

The staff. Front desk wanted to charge us for the plastic key entry card that we left in the room upon departing. Bellman did his job though.

Clean hotel with ample helpful staff

Very clean room with facilities including a working tv and coffee machine. No shortage of staff members to help with whichever issue. Bathroom was particularly tidy.

Not everyone (including receptionist and waitress) speaks English very well though I get by in Spanish. In addition, the bathroom cabin showed signs of leakage.

It's a good value for money in Mexico city. We stay in a big room with two double beds and a triple deck beds. They also provide coffee filter machine with coffee and tea, which is rare in Mexico.

Well the hotel was nice, room spacious but stuff was exeptional. Our son got hight fever during our stay. I asked the repetionist on how to get to hospital and since then they organized everything. The trip to hospital even one of the stuff joined us to help with translation by he doctor and helped in pharmacy all on the house (which I still cannot believe). Pitty I cannot rate more on the staff. Definitelly recommended to families.

Nice spacious room; Very friendly and helpful staff; Clean rooms; Free secure parking; Good location; Close to Metro; Complimentary coffee/water in room

No a/c; No extractor fan in bathroom; No breakfast included; only one sachet of coffee and no tea! We stayed for 7 days and complained 3 times about the WiFi. On the 6th day they finally told us, that the WiFi on the 3rd floor is not very good - It’s actually rubbish!! When we arrived, they had over sold our room. They kindly booked us into alternative hotel for one night, but it was a much lower standard then what we had booked!

Everything made logistical sense. The restaurant was open and the food was great. The business center was open and usable.
