The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was super friendly. Our room was large with two beds and a large bathroom. The pool was nice and relaxing.

The location of the hotel is rough. There are lots of working girls on the streets surrounding the hotel at all times. The bar wasn't open and the pool was at hot tub temperature.

Great value for the money. It’s pretty well positioned if you’re hoping to be near the historic center of the city without being directly in the hustle and bustle.

The property is a bit dated and it’s located in a somewhat sketchy area (by night at least). It’s in a prostitution hotspot. Maybe that means it’s a great location, if that’s what you’re into…

Pleasant stay in Mexico City.

The hotel was in a perfect location, just a short walk from the tourist attractions. The pool and gym added extra value to the hotel, and the price was reasonable. Although breakfast was not included in the price, we really enjoyed the buffet, as there were many delicious options to choose from.

The room was great. particularly high-quality restaurant. Very good service by the people. The internet worked very well. The desk to work at the room was spacious. The bathroom was very good and spacious. No noise coming from outside.

The pool was small for the size of the hotel with too much Clorox and white., no transparency. Bad and sad. The service through booking was not good. Delayed too much to reply to bad communication with the support. The area outside the hotel looks dirty, prostitutes on the street all over. Not nice scenery. One of the main elevators didn't work.

Good location, good space of rooms, but for the price you pay is not worth it, because of the lack of cleaning and pool

The rooms are big

We asked the staff to move us to another room because the bath tub in the room they assigned us it was totally dirty with hair and stuff. The pool is not heated, they personnel over there told us that the heating system was broken and it was a long time like that

Nice place but not for what they charge and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Close to the museums and walking distance to everything.

I had put the bed sheets on the floor and the towels as the instructions stated if I wanted a change of sheets and new towels. The cleaning staff put the same dirty sheets on my bed and told me they had been changed. When I asked for new ones they said they would charge me for it.

I woke up at 2 am to use the bathroom in my room and there was a gigantic cockroach luckily they switch my room but it made my night really uncomfortable.

It is in a good location, pretty central to most things. Lots of food places around as well.

The breakfast was really good and fresh. It gave a good start to the day.

the coffee and water really affected our stay all was good, the pool was cold not heated :(

we have 2 for five days and every day we needed to beg for the coffee and the condiments which did not make any sense. the said they were complementary only the first day, WHAT … the rate was the same price every day and there was no complementary water bottles we had to purchase in the store near by.

Great hotel but in an awful location. I didn’t really feel safe leaving the hotel so it’s a good hotel if you don’t plan on leaving it (by foot).

It is obvious that higher management only employ staff of a high calibre. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I had large room with spa and it was perfect, great to relax in after sight seeing all day. The fridge is an added bonus as many hotels don’t have these.

Nothing as great hotel, great position to explore this magnificent city with its stunning sculptures, yummy local food and watching local community dancing away to great local music,
