Hotel Oxford

The room was adequate and clean. The wifi was impeccable and the water was HOTTT! This hotel isn't far away from Revolution subway station and there are plenty street food options and entertainment nearby.

I was quite pleased with my stay to be honest. I was looking for a quite, clean and safe place to stay with a room and bathroom that I didn't have to share and I found just that at an unbeatable price!

The hotel is located in a very good place which is close to many sights as well as easy walking to the metro and busses. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms are cleaned daily and though the hotel shows it's age it is well kept. We found it safe and secure.

Only complaint would be to avoid the rooms located facing the street due to noise. Staff had no issue with us changing rooms when we requested.

Affordable price and central location. Large and clean rooms. The staff allows you to leave your luggage in a storage room after checking out. Groceries store, produce store, and affordable restaurants nearby. Monument to the Revolution by walking distance. Many metro and bus stops quite close.

No elevator for older adults or people with knee issues. Beds are uncomfortable. Limited to two small towels (staff refused to give us more when we asked). Used towels were not replaced when necessary. One small bottle of water per bedroom even if there are two people in each room. Hot water would be available after 10 - 15 min of running cold water (we found this wasteful). Hard to sleep sometimes due to noises of people having sex (it's easy to hear the noise in other rooms). Prostitutes around the hotel and police inside the hotel in different floors (not a family friendly area). No breakfast included.
