Casa Sabina Down Town Mexico City

Very cool, modern place to stay. Rooms were made up nice and quite spacious. Bed was comfortable. Top floor was good with some great views of the city.

I think it was just the room I got (Front of the building) but it was quite noisy outside during the night. It might have had something to do with Mexico having beat Ecuador in the World Cup but it is a Main Street.

Good location and great stay near to Zócalo. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We like the room a lot and will stay here again if comes back to Mexico City :)

Location is perfect - within a block of the cathedral, two blocks of the Zócolo, everything in the historic center within easy walking distance. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and comfortable. The breakfasts were terrific. Friendly staff. Excellent wifi in our room. Very good value.

We didn´t realize that the room had a high loft bed with very steep stairs. Because of the set-up and limited airflow (no window in the loft area), the loft tended to be warm. We also didn´t realize that there would be no refrigerator in the room. None of those were show-stoppers, but we are retired, and it made sense that we were at least twice as old as anyone else staying there. These aren´t really complaints - just a caution to anyone staying here to look very carefully to make sure you understand what you´re getting in your room. I believe that the guesthouse has rooms with and without loft beds.

Staff was lovely, the breakfast was very nice and the rooftop had a great view. Location was also very central.

The photos weren’t very accurate, we didn’t realise that there were so many stairs that led to our room at the top floor. It was quite dark inside. This made it quite difficult to see. The room was very dark on the inside, I couldn’t see whether the room was clean or not. The windows were also very thin. The room was right next to a noisy street, which wasn’t very nice as we woke up a lot throughout the night. The room was also lacking basic amenities such as tissues, safe, fridge, water. Mattress was also uncomfortable.
