The staff were amazing, friendly and very welcoming. They looked after me and my family throughout our stay making us feel really welcome. The rooms are full of character and the room with the balcony is beautiful to view the hustle and bustle of the city. We also loved the breakfast table and the option to order a great meal each morning.
It’s far from some of the spots we wanted to go in Roma Norte and Juarez but that’s not the hotels fault and the distance from them was more than made up for by the amazing stay.

Great location, amazing room!
Poor lighting in room. No closet space. No toilet door. Poor breakfast service. Lots of noise from party on roof.
