A well-designed, comfortable stay with great amenities—just be ready for some city noise.

Easy check-in and great location. The amenities were excellent—full kitchen, washing machine, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was surprisingly spacious and well-designed. Kukun is what you get when a hospitality company actually understands and values the guest experience. Would definitely stay again.

The great location comes with a ton of street noise. Ear plugs are provided, which says it all. Not a dealbreaker, just something light sleepers should note.

Fantastic location. Lobby staff/security were really nice. Kitchen was minimal but adequate. Nice sitting area. The bed was comfortable. Responsive to most requests.

It was unbelievably noisy. The windows are single pane so didn’t block any of the street noise. Impossible to sleep without earplugs. We were there for a week so opted for the complimentary cleaning service - big mistake. Removed one of the bed pillows and ignored request to have replaced. Bed was not remade with correct linens. Two items from the bathroom were missing after the cleaning.

The only think yes, it can be noisy on weekends especially but it’s expected mostly anywhere in Mexico City. A pair of earphones to sleep if you want to sleep with 0 noise. We had no issues as we didn’t want to spend the morning sleeping :) go out and explore

The most wonderful staff. The check-in was easy, along with communication from property. The location is perfect. The room was spotless, and i would definitely stay here again. The photos of the property are exactly as reflected. Highly recommended. It was wonderful👌✨️

Great location. Cheap but not particularly comfortable

Location was great. Rooms were pretty much as shown in the photos.

Bed was very hard and there was a plastic mattress protector that squeaked all night and made us sweaty. The room was dirty. Floors were very unclean. We stayed in the bottom floor room with terrace. Unfortunately people upstairs threw rubbish and spat down into the terrace patio - even when we were using it. We complained to the staff. We also had trouble accessing the digital door locks and the security lady on site was no help to open the door when our code didn’t work. Very frustrating. This place is advertised as a hotel but it’s more like an apartment. You need to take your own rubbish out and no one replaces your towels or cleans your room during the stay. We stayed for 6 days.

Great value in the heart of Zona Rosa

Overall, our experience was great at this property. Our room was comfy and spacious. It was lovely to have 2 balconies to see the city, and we had easy access to the 7th floor amenities.

We stayed on the 6th floor, and it seemed there were slight renovations to the ceiling being done due to some water. A new lock system was on our door but maybe it would be best to make this more secure as the passcode was very obvious. Also, the lock inside was no longer working for added security. There was a lot of partying on the street this past weekend and tons of sirens from the police. I'm not sure if there is a way to make the room sound proof because even with all doors and windows closed, it was still extremely noisy.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de Reforma y del CAS de la embajada de Estados Unidos. Enfrente hay un 7 Eleven y muchos restaurantes alrededor. El cuarto en sí es cómodo y tiene lo necesario para descansar y cocinar, incluida una cafetera Nespresso con algunas cápsulas de cortesía. Había mucho ruido en la calle pero en el buró nos dejaron tapones para los oídos gracias a los cuales pudimos dormir. Las recepcionistas fueron muy amables, y también la comunicación por WhatsApp. Todo muy limpio.

El cuarto era excesivamente obscuro, al grado de necesitar tener la luz encendida de día. Faltaba una de las repisas que fungen como burós a cada lado de la cama, en algún momento antes de nuestra llegada se cayó y no la repusieron, por lo que tuvimos que poner celulares, agua, etc. en el suelo. Los dispensadores de jabón líquido corporal y acondicionador estaban vacíos, es incómodo darse cuenta ya que está uno duchándose. Los muebles de la sala, incluida una estructura que rodea la TV, mesa de centro y sofá, tienen esquinas y filos, por lo que dejamos la luz encendida para no tropezar con ellos, aún así me lastimé un pie. Las repisas de la cocina son demasiado altas, especialmente la que está arriba de la campana, imposible alcanzar los trastes sin escalera, y es peligroso subirse a las sillas para este fin, pues tienen el asiento de mimbre y podría romperse al pisarlo. Faltaban bowls o platos hondos, y algún sartén y olla pequeña para cocinar (únicamente había una cacerola grande pero no es muy práctica para calentar porciones pequeñas o para freír un huevo). El señor que nos recibió en recepción no era muy amable, sin embargo las recepcionistas de la mañana sí lo eran, y estando ellas él cambió su actitud.

Servicio, estaba dañado el ascensor y no eran transparentes con cuando iba a funcionar, estaban dañados ambos televisores y repetitivamente les mencione que me ayudaran durante 3 días y la respuesta fue negativa sin ningún sentido de urgencia, todo lo contrario, tratar de dejar pasar el tema.

En compensacion a la noche desastrosa nos dieron una habitacion extra, aunque lo agradezo...hubiese preferido que todo hubiese estado bien desde el principio y no sufrir este incoveniente

Por mas que habia hablado via whatsapp con la casa llegue y la habitacion no estaba lista. Eramos 4 y deberian haber tenido montado el sofa-cama (con sobre colchon) Pues no lo tenian hecho, me tuve que montar la cama porque ya no tenian a nadie que diera servicio y obviamente nos toco dormir clavandonos los muelles tras un vuelo de 12 horas, ya que solo me dieron sabanas y manta, nada de sobre colchon. Pagamos 700$ por 2 noches y la primera fue un desastre porque no descansamos

Die Lage war gut, wenn auch etwas laut weil direkt in der Zona Rosa. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und so weiter war gut. Whirlpool und Fitnessoption auf dem Dach waren nett, wenn ich Sie auch nicht benutzt hatte, da eine Nutzung leider immer nur bis 20 Uhr erlaubt war und ich selten früh genug vom Sightseeing zurück war.

Die Zimmer insgesamt waren sehr dunkel. Das Lichtkonzept sollte unbedingt überdacht werden. Hier könnte man eine Menge mehr herausholen aus den Apartments. Es fehlten z.b auch Lichtschalter am Bett bzw. Leselampen.

Buena relación precio-calidad

El departamento es amplio, cómo y con buenas amenidades, tiene todo lo necesario facilitarte la vida durante tu instancia, como plus, tiene cafetea, snack´s gratis, agua purificada, jugos y el servicio de personal es excepcional. Detalles como links de música de listas de spotify, pegados en paredes para que escanees y sigas el contenido te dan el vibe de la CDMX hacen sentir muy personalizado tu estadía

La limpieza deja algo que desear, encontré mucho cabellos en el piso, bañera y cama. El ruido del exterior no te permite descansar, sobre todo el las habitaciones de primeros niveles. El ruido de los bares hasta las 5 am y que los vendedores de puestos de alimentos se monten desde las 4 am menos te permiten el descanso, ojalá que valoraran poner ventanas anti ruido. Algo muy importante a tomar en cuenta, si acudes a Kukun de la calle Londres, por favor pide que no te den las habitaciones de primer nivel, menos la número 105, las persianas no bloquean la luz del exterior y justo en esa habitación se filtra la luz led (fuertísima) de una lámpara del exterior la cuál te da justo en la cara. Si vas de diversión está bien, pero si prefieres descansar no es la mejor opción.

Salí por un par de horas y cuando regresé encontré varias cosas que no las había dejado como las encontré, mi cargador en el sofá, luces encendidas, si me dicen que es porque hicieron aseo, hubiesen sacado la basura y rellenado las botellas de agua nuevamente, así como poner el papel de baño nuevamente tal cual como lo encontré al inicio de mi estancia, no puedo confiar en ustedes.

Pire expérience de ma vie, comme ils nous l’ont si bien affirmé, « Nous ne sommes pas un hôtel »

Alors que la chambre était réservé pour 3 personnes, et que nous sommes arrivés le matin avant le service ménage, le soir n’était toujours pas prête, préparée pour seulement 1 personne. Nous avons dû dormir sans draps, et l’hôtel n’a rien fait pour trouver une solution, en nous répondant que ceci n’était « pas un hôtel ». Le lendemain des draps sales ont été installés sur le canapé lit, qui d’ailleurs semble avoir des puces, nous nous sommes gratés pendant trois jours. Le ménage n’avait jamais été fait, comme le témoigne le sol de la salle de bain. Par ailleurs l’appartement est lugubre, pas du tout comme sur les photos, la « vue » est sur un mur à 1 mètre, sans lumière directe. Photos mensongères.

Un petit appartement avec un rapport qualité prix super

L’appartement était très bien optimisé et décoré. Le personnel a été très attentif et amical durant tout le séjour. Ils ont été très arrangeant et ont vraiment supprimé les petites gênes liées à la barrière de la langue dès notre arrivée. Nous nous sommes senties en sécurité et écoutées durant tout notre séjour. L’emplacement de l’établissement était parfait !!

L’eau de la douche n’était pas toujours chaude et nous n’avions pas l’appartement le plus lumineux mais cela reste des détails
