Failure to respond to request not to have room on ground floor. Acoustics terrible, can hear staff talking at reception and guests arriving and restaurant across the street.

The location was perfect, the place was really comfortable. I loved the filtered water, the comfy bed, the cute kitchen with just the right items.

Great location in Condesa, close to cool bars and restaurants. The flat is beautifully furnished and very spacious. There is 24/7 reception service and the staff was always very helpful. Also a beautiful terrace on the top floor.

I really liked staying here. Staff was friendly and it’s a great area of Condesa. The apartment is cozy and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The toilet room is a bit small but it wasn’t an issue for men

Even though it was just for one night, the property offered everything we needed. It was clean, spacious enough, had friendly staff, and its well located, with many nice cafés and restaurants around.

Stylish and affordable apartment located in a great part of the city, behind an amazing coffee shop, with comfy bed, nicely designed living space.

My room only had a lightwell vs. windows but the lighting was sufficient to compensate.

Safe and secure with friendly staff, fantastic location, beautiful rooftop, spacious rooms and comfortable bed.

Infrequent housekeeping (only 1 time during a week long stay) and few towels provided - but more were provided upon request. Street noise could disturb sleep if windows are not closed at night.

the wi-fi failed constantly and at nights there was people shouting: you should be more strict about hours where there should be respect when other people are sleeping: we stayed in 3 rooms traveling for work and in the 3 rooms the complain is the same: noise at night and shouting....

The property itself.

The building is quite old, and the apartment was dark with limited natural light. Being located on the ground floor, you can clearly hear people talking outside, which affects privacy and comfort. The entrance resembles that of a “vecindad” (communal housing), which gives a run-down impression. Overall, the price does not match the quality or condition of the property.

Good location in the middle of Condesa, good size, bathroom was usually warm, cleaning was thorough, apartment was quite big. Very nice rooftop terrace that is usually totally empty.

Very dark apartment on the third floor (needed lights in the middle of a sunny day). Sofa is uncomfortable. Housekeeping only once per week is not enough and should be included at least every 2-3 days at this price. In a noisy street with very thin windows so you need earplugs to sleep. No (toaster) oven.

I liked everything

We liked the apartment layout and the location a lot.

For both our stays we were put on the bottom floor by the entrance, which meant we heard all the traffic noise as well as everyone who entered and exited the building. At one point someone was smoking by our door and the smoke entered our apartment! We had trouble sleeping at night as a result of this. Please either soundproof the entrance to the apartment or offer it at a slightly cheaper rate, it dampened our experience at Nido. Otherwise, we enjoyed it a lot.

Amazing !!!!!! Everything about our stay was just perfect. The location is 10/10. The apartment was so clean and smelled great , bed was comfortable and it was so quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

The location was great, able to walk around or Uber easily. This area of the city has so much to explore.

The noise, hope no one stays in #5 if you want a quiet stay. We were right behind the coffee shop and next to the main entrance. The main door is a sliding glass door and right next to security. If any staff or guests are speaking to security it is heard from this room plus the constant sliding of the door. I put the sign out for no housekeeping and they came in anyways & the safe didn't work. Only one small fan we kept moving around because it was warm. Thankfully it wasn't warmer because no AC and one tiny fan. Quiet hours didn't make a difference because construction noise was heard before 8am and after 10pm.

Clean, spacious and modern apartment in the heart of Condesa. Very friendly staff and 24 hour security. The apartment was well equipped with a great shower. Great cafe downstairs. Awesome rooftop to relax.

Staff was very friendly, every time we entered and left there was security at the front door. It is walking distance from some good restaurants with reasonable prices

I booked a deluxe room and thought that meant I was getting a nicer room. Instead, we were booked on the first floor next to check in which faced a noisy taqueria that is open until 3am. During the day, people peeked into our living room while we were sitting on the couch. I recommend that they price the ground floor apartment differently and at a lower rate. If I booked this place again I would specifically ask for a higher floor.

Location is great! Building and security staff is super friendly and apartment itself was very comfortable. Great lighting, quiet, well equipped and convenient for a longer stay. Nido offers free filtered water, a laundry room with detergent, and great outdoor area.

You can't drop off luggage if you arrive early and they refer you to some lockers nearby that I could not access, so slightly inconvenient if you are traveling outside of check in /check out times

First of all the staff are absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly. The facilities are great with the amenities of an apartment but also the reassuring presence of staff if needed. The location is superb we were able to visit all the sights we wished to conveniently and Condesa itself is such an interesting and safe area.

Cons: BED BUG BITES – We were a group of four staying in Room 3 on the first floor. After the very first night, two out of 4 of us noticed bites. Over the next few days, more bites appeared across the group, and we became increasingly concerned. After researching and comparing the bite patterns, we strongly believed they were from bed bugs. Upon inspecting both beds, we found black spotting in all four corners of both mattresses — a classic sign of bedbug fecal matter. That same night, we packed our things and left early to stay at a hotel. We notified the point of contact, who informed us that a professional inspection would be done. The next day, Isis from management followed up, saying that a specialist had examined the unit and concluded there were no bed bugs, and that the bites were caused by mosquitoes. I made it clear to management: none of us had any bites prior to arriving at Nido Condesa, and we are confident we did not bring any pests with us. Based on the pattern and location of the black spotting, we believe the infestation existed before our arrival. Additionally, I saw a tiny bug on the bed the day before we left. I killed it with a napkin and noticed it left a bloodstain — at the time I wasn’t sure what it was, but after connecting the dots, I now believe it was a bed bug. Our biggest concern throughout this was the possibility of bringing the infestation home. One of our group members has continued to get bites since returning and has already called in a professional exterminator. I have yet to even unpack my luggage and currently have everything sealed in large plastic bags out of caution. Very clean, security at the entrance made us feel secure.

While the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bed-frame is maybe too big for the small room and we kept kicking the corner moving around the room. I know it might sound silly, but we wrecked our shins bashing into the corners. Roof was under maintenance unfortunately.

Excellent location and comfortable accommodation for one or two persons. Kitchen facilities were very good with various appliances available. Rooftop terrace was a bonus. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We recommend this apart-hotel to other travellers.

The aparthotel had no A/C was a little difficult to sleep in the night.

Place is up to date, in a safe neighborhood & offers enough space for everything. Minimalistic design but everything works well. Location is not far from anything, but also not the most lively area by night.

Was a little impersonal, we never spoke to anyone than the security guard & also had no touchpoints other than via booking messages. The furniture etc. Was all looking nice but not super comfy - more like IKEA stuff.. which is looking good but not actually super nice ;)

Awesome location and lovely apartment - everything you could need. Staff were friendly and helpful however they couldn’t resolve the issue with the noise.

There was a constant noise from pipework, which went on and on throughout the day and night. This was apparently to do with the water emergency in Mexico. We arrived in the evening on Sunday after a 12 hour flight, exhausted, and barely slept all that night as the room was too hot (the fan provided blew out only hot air) and there was this noise that I can best describe as like a phone vibrating on the table next to you. It would go off in bursts of 4, and at its most constant, repeat every 20 minutes. We had to move the mattress into the main room and sleep there with the door open and tissue in our ears!!!! We notified the staff the next day who moved us two floors down, with a fan, which sorted the heat issue. However as we were directly below the same room, and therefore still adjacent to the wall where the noise seemed to be coming from, we kept getting woken up throughout the night. The worst night was night 4, and I messaged the staff at 3am. They did respond in the morning and bought us a bottle of tequila to apologise, which was a lovely gesture. However we weren’t offered another room until 10.30pm that night, our final night, and I hadn’t seen the message on the booking.com app. They assured me this doesn’t happen often however I do think when this is an issue, any room affected by the noise should not be rented out. Everything else about the property was great - perfect location, really clean and great amenities. I just can’t rate this any higher given the lack of sleep.

This place is a hidden gem amidst an increasingly gentrified area. The design, down to the finishings, was tastefully updated without losing its charm. The staff are excellent!! The room was incredibly comfortable and well planned out. Everything felt 5-star.
